الممكن أن يبدأ الإنسان أو العابد شيئاً ولا يكمله على أكمل وجه؟ ولماذا يأمر الله
المسلمين بصيغة الأمر (أتموا) كنا نظن أن السبب ديني فقط، لكن يبدو أن الله
-تعالى- يريد للمسلمين أن يتمتعوا بالرفاه النفسي بعد إتمام الحج والعمرة،

المشاركة
في التجمعات الجماهيرية يمكن أن تفيد الرفاهية: كيف تؤثر المشاركة في تجمع طويل

قواعد اللباس هذه أكثر صرامة على الفتيات أيضًا، مما يؤدي إلى مجتمع غير عادل وغير

في بداية هذا المقال أن الله تعالي بدأ الحديث عن الحج والعُمرة بلفظ ( أتموا)
والإتمام: إحسان - كمال - إتقان ، وإن الله تعالي يحب المحسنين ، وهذا الإحسان في
العبادات الشعائرية قد تؤدي إلي شعور بالراحة والرفاه النفسي بعها، من ناحية
للشعور بأنه أتم الشعيرة علي اكمل وجه، ومن ناحية أخري الفوائد النفسية للأعداد
الجماهيرية كما جاء أعلي.
2 - أما
التلفظ بنفس الألفاظ الشعائرية مثل (لبيك اللهم لبيك ...) فاقرأ مرة أخري هذه
الجملة من الدراسة (تعزز اللغة الموحدة العلاقات العميقة بين الناس من خلال
استخدام اللغة عن قصد وبمسؤولية)
3 - أما عن
الزي الموحد في الحج والعُمرة إلا بعض الإستثناءات الصغيرة جداً (ارتداء أي لون
غير اللون الأبيض مسموح ) ولكنها أعداد لا تُذكر في مجموع اللون الأبيض ، فارجع
ببصرك مرة أخري لأعلي في الدراسة عن التلاميذ ، واعلم أن مريدي الحج والعمرة
يأخذوا نفس الثمار، فممن يحج ليس كلهم ميسوري الحال، بل يأتون من كل فج عميق ومنهم
من يأتيه يمشي أو يركب أكثر من مواصلة من بلاد بعيدة للأجر وربما لقلة ذات اليد،
فتوحيد الملابس لا تفرق بين الطبقات، بل تجعل الجميع واحد مع تعدد اللغات والأشكال
والألوان، يؤدي إلي تجربة إنسانية فريدة قلما ينساها من جربها .
4 - وبالطبع
الدراسة الأولي تشير إلي أن الأعداد الجماهيرية بالرغم من بعض التحديات التي تقابل
الأعداد الكبيرة كالأمراض المعدية وغيرها إلا أن من يعيش في وسط هذه الأعداد يشعر
بالرفاه النفسي ويخرج بحلول مبتكرة ، وحلول أزمات ، وعصف ذهني وغيرها ، وهذا ما
يؤكده الواقع حتي في الأماكن التي اضطر أهلها أن يعيشوا في ظروف اعداد جماهيرية
كالفارين من الإضطهاد في الحروب وغيرها ، هذا غير لو لاحظت: اللغة الفصيحة لهؤلاء
الأطفال الناشئين وسط الأعداد الجماهيرية وهو شيء ملاحظ جداً .

عرفت لماذا يريد الله عزوجل - منك أن تتم - تكمل - تتقن وتحسن عبادة الحج والعمرة
، لن يستفيد هو جل في علاه، بل أنت أنت المستفيد . فالحمد لله والفضل والنعمه له
وحده .

...وَأَتِمُّوا
الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَةَ لِلَّـهِ
...and complete the Hajj and Umrah
for the sake of Allah.
Note: The Quranic expression (and
complete) means Hajj and Umrah.
Is it possible for a person or
worshipper to start something and not complete it perfectly? And why does God
command Muslims in the imperative form (complete)? We thought that the reason
was only religious, but it seems that God - the Most High - wants Muslims to
enjoy psychological well-being after completing Hajj and Umrah. Read these
studies that we have in our hands:
First study
Health psychology and well-being in
mass gatherings
Participation in mass gatherings can
benefit well-being: How does participation in a long-term gathering (such as a
pilgrimage event) affect well-being? There are good reasons to believe that such
mass events pose health risks. There are risks associated with infectious
diseases, and the physical conditions at such events (noise, crowds, harsh
conditions) are often detrimental to psychological well-being. At the same
time, however, social psychological research suggests that participation in
group-related activities can positively impact well-being. We therefore
investigated whether participation in a long-term mass gathering could actually
bring such benefits. In our research, we examined one of the largest mass
events in the world – a month-long Hindu religious festival in northern India.
Participants (416 pilgrims who attended the gathering for a month, and 127
controls who did not attend) completed self-assessed measures of well-being and
symptoms of ill-health at two time points.

Often detrimental to psychological
well-being. At the same time, however, social psychological research suggests
that participation in group-related activities can positively impact
well-being, and so we investigated whether participation in a long-term group
gathering could actually bring such benefits. In our research, we examined one

northern India. Participants (416 pilgrims who attended the gathering for a
month, and 127 controls who did not attend) completed self-assessed measures of

compared to those who did not participate.
2 Our data thus suggest that we need
to reconceptualize how group gatherings affect individuals.
Indeed, focusing exclusively on risk
is misleading and limits our understanding of why such events are so
attractive. Importantly, because our research is longitudinal and includes a
control group, our work adds strong evidence to the social psychological
literature regarding the relationship between participation in social group
activities and well-being.
The Psychological Importance of
Groups
Although people are capable of living
apart and isolated from others, they join others because groups meet their
psychological and social needs. Although we value any kind of companionship, we
prefer those who provide us with reassurance and support as well as accurate
information. In some cases, we also prefer to join others who are worse off
than us. Imagine, for example, how would you respond when your teacher retweets
a test and your test is graded at 85%? Would you want to join a friend who
scored 95% or a friend who scored 78%? To maintain their sense of self-worth,
people look up and compare themselves to those who are less fortunate. This
process is known as downward social comparison.
Motivation and Performance
Groups usually exist for a reason. In
groups, we solve problems, invent products, set standards, transmit knowledge,
have fun, perform art, create institutions, and even ensure our safety from attacks
by other groups. But are groups always superior to individuals?
Making Decisions in Groups
Groups are particularly useful when
it comes to making decisions, as groups can bring together more resources than
a single individual can. A single individual may know a lot about a problem and
possible solutions, but their knowledge far outweighs the combined knowledge of
the group.
Unborn
Not only do groups generate more
ideas and possible solutions by discussing the problem, they can also more
objectively evaluate the options they generate during the discussion. Before
accepting a solution, the group may require that it be favored by a certain
number of people, or that it meets some other criteria for acceptance. People
generally feel that a group decision will be better than an individual
decision.

personal relationships, in addition to being a tool for communication. We can
create a culture that values diversity, supports disadvantaged groups, and
fosters deep relationships between people by using language intentionally and
responsibly.

Some of the benefits of wearing
uniforms in schools
Put these thirteen factors together,
and it’s easy to see why school uniforms are important for creating a team of
united students and staff.
1. Create cohesion
When all students wear the same
clothes every day to school, it evens out the competition. Any expectations
about what to wear are removed and children develop a greater sense of
equality. Children from all socio-economic backgrounds start from the same
starting point. Without school uniforms, children from poorer backgrounds may
feel isolated if their parents can’t afford the latest styles of clothing.
2. Reduce the likelihood of bullying
Without school uniforms, children are
more likely to tease and make fun of each other. People use clothing to express
themselves; children are no different in this regard. Unfortunately, when a
child expresses themselves in a way that is different from everyone else, it
can create a point of difference between one child and another. Again, these
differences can be amplified by the socio-economic disparities between one
child’s family and another.
3. Increased Safety
There are significant safety concerns
associated with not adopting a school uniform. By wearing school colors,
children can be instantly identified from a distance as members of that school.
If someone who is not a member of the school is on site, they can easily be
identified as not being part of the school by their lack of uniform.
4. More Equitable Dress Codes
When a school adopts a uniform, it
creates a simple, uniform dress code. When children are allowed to wear
whatever, they want, the endless variations mean that schools must adopt a long
list of dos and don’ts to formulate their dress code. These dress codes are often
stricter for girls as well, leading to an unfair and unequal society.
5 . Eliminate Peer Pressure
Children are often under some form of
peer pressure, but adopting a school uniform can remove one form of it. Without
a school uniform, children can develop expectations about what to wear to fit
in with a certain group. Children divide themselves into groups and lose the
sense of unity that school uniforms bring.
6 . Encouraging Professionalism
Some people believe that school
uniforms contribute positively to a child’s behavior at school. School uniforms
develop an affinity for learning. Once they wear them, their goal is to work
hard at their studies. A sense of professionalism develops within each child,
which leads to greater concentration in the classroom.
7. Reducing Distractions
School uniforms reduce distractions
during school. By wearing what they like, children can become more focused on
their school situation rather than their studies. Fashion trends and having the
latest styles become a priority, which can lead to a decrease in concentration.
The significance of previous studies
and others is as follows
1 - We said at the beginning of this
article that God Almighty began talking about Hajj and Umrah with the word
(complete) and the completion: excellence - perfection - mastery, and God
Almighty loves those who are the benefactors and this excellence in ritual
worship may lead to a feeling of comfort and psychological well-being after it,
on the one hand, to the feeling that he completed the ritual in the most
perfect way, and on the other hand, the psychological benefits for the masses
as mentioned above.
2 - As for uttering the same ritual
words such as (Labbaik Allahumma Labbayk...), read again this sentence from the
study (The unified language strengthens deep relationships between people
through the use of language intentionally and responsibly)
3 - As for the oneness of the uniform
dress for Hajj and Umrah, except for some very small exceptions (wearing any
color other than white is permitted), but they are negligible numbers in the
total white color. Look again at the top of the study about the students and
know that the Hajj and Umrah seekers reap the same fruits. Not all of those who
perform Hajj are well-off, but rather they come from every deep valley, and
some of them come walking or riding more than one transportation from distant
countries for the reward and perhaps for lack of money. So, the uniformity of
clothing does not differentiate between classes, but rather makes everyone one
with the multiplicity of languages, shapes and colors, leading to a unique
human experience that those who have tried it rarely forget.
4 - Of course, the first study
indicates that the mass numbers, despite some challenges that face large
numbers such as infectious diseases and others, those who live among these
numbers feel psychological well-being and come up with innovative solutions,
crisis solutions, brainstorming and others, and this is confirmed by reality
even in places where people were forced to live in conditions of mass numbers
such as those fleeing persecution in wars and others, this is in addition to if
you notice: the eloquent language of these children growing up among the mass
numbers, which is something very noticeable.
Now,
Would you know why Allah Almighty
wants you to complete - ((perfect)) - master and improve the worship of Hajj
and Umrah? He, the Most High, will not benefit, but you are the one who
benefits. So, praise be to Allah and the grace and blessings are His alone.
