اللطف، اللطف سمة من سمات بعض الناس ، بعض الناس لا تشعر بوجودهم مطلقاً، لا يتكلمون لمجرد أن يثبتوا أنهم يتكلمون، ولا يتدخلون فيما لا يعنيهم، ولا يغتابون أو ينمون علي أحد من الناس، وهم قلة في هذه الحياة، وإن كانت هذه هي سمتهم فلا شرط لأنه يكونوا غداً أو بعد غد بنفس هذه الطريقة، فالحياة مليئة بالمصاعب، والله تعالي له اختبارات علي حسب سجاياك فيضيق عليك الأمر مراراً وتكراراً حتي يخرج منك معدنك الأصيل، إن كان نقي أو مزيف ، واختبار اللطف: لابد أن يأتي لك بعكس ما انت متعود عليه، فيأتي لك بناس صعبين للغاية فيأذونك ويأذونك حتي تخرج من حال اللطف إلي الجفاء، وكان اللطف عارض في حياتك ولربما رجع لك مرة أخري ولكن وأنت أكثر نضجاً، من تعطيه اللطف ومن تتعامل معه بجفاء شديد، ولكن قبل أن نشرع في استقبال معاني اللطف لغوياً: ماذا تفهم من كلمة لطف أو هذا الإنسان لطيف، دعنا نأخذ مثال مشهور: (الهواء) فنقول هبت نسمة لطيفة لا هي باردة تكسر العظام، ولا هي حارة وبها رطوبة ، بل منعشة، هذا هو اللطف ، ومن سمات الهواء أيضاً: أنه إذا جاء لا تشعر بوجوده وليس له لون أو رائحة أو ملمس حقيقي، ولكنك تشعر بأثره وتتأكد أنه موجود من آثاره سواء الستائر تتحرك أو غير ذلك، وما معني هذا مع الإنسان اللطيف: إنه لا يكسر لك قلباً ولا يجعلك تشعر بأنك لا تريد أن تقترب منه أو من التعاملات معه، وهل معني هذا أن الشخص اللطيف: ضعيف الشخصية ؟ لأن علم النفس يقول لك من حقك أن تقول لا عندما تريد ذلك بشدة، فهل اللطف يجعلك تخجل من قول لا عند الحاجة لذلك، كأن يضع زميلك عمله علي مكتبكويطلب منك تلطفاً أن تعمله بدلاً منه، هل من اللطف أن تعمله له، وهل لو قلت لا ، انفصلت عنك صفة اللطف؟ لا بالطبع لا، فأنت لابد أن تضع حدودك لمن أمامك لأن الناس بطبعها مستغلة، ومن يرون أنه يتفاني في خدمتهم لن يرحموه ، ويكون بعد ذلك هذا واجب عليه وإن لم يفعل لأي عارض فهو شخص غير لطيف، لا تحكم مثلهم، فنحن نعيش في أودية كثيرة في اليوم الواحد والناس بطبعها لن يجتمعوا علي إنسان بحب أو كره إلا نادرا، وتفضلاً:" لا تقول: لا تجتمع أمتي علي ضلالة" اقرأها مرة أخري "امتي" الأمة كلها بعربها بعجمها بأسودها بأبيضها وليس مجموعة من المؤمنين تتحدث علي أو ناصية شارع بيتك . دعنا نستعرض معني اللطف في الإسلام وبأي المعاني جاءت كلمة اللطف، ومنها نستخرج كيف يكون اللطيف قوي الشخصية؟ ..

اللطف في اللغة

رفَق به ورأَف

وهو لطيف بهذا الأمر: رفيق بمداراته

اسْتَلْطَف الشيءَ: قرَّبه منه وأَلصقَه بجنْبِه

اِسْتَلْطَفَهُ عِنْدَما عاشَرَهُ : عَدَّهُ أَوْ وَجَدَهُ لَطيفاً

لطيف المَعْشَر: مَنْ تروق صحبتُه وتسرّ

اللطيف: ما لا جفاء فيه

يقول ابن القيم

فليس للقلب أنفع من معاملة الناس باللطف. فإن معاملة الناس بذلك: إما أجنبي فتكسب مودته ومحبته، وإما صاحب وحبيب فتستديم مودته ومحبته. وإما عدو ومبغض. فتطفئ بلطفك جمرته وتستكفى شره.

التلطف مع الأبناء

فمن الأمور التي يكاد يجمع عليها علماء التربية: أن الطفل إذا عومل من قبل والديه ومربيه بالقسوة والتوبيخ والتحقير والازدراء والسخرية فإن ردود الفعل ستظهر في سلوكه وخلقه فكان هذا داعيًا إلى التلطف معه في التوجيه والتربية.

القرآن الكريم

1- توصيل الخير والبركة داخل البيوت بلطف

قال تعالي

{وَاذْكُرْنَ مَا يُتْلَى فِي بُيُوتِكُنَّ مِنْ آيَاتِ اللَّهِ وَالْحِكْمَةِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ لَطِيفًا خَبِيرًا } [الأحزاب: 34]

وأمرهن بذكره، يشمل ذكر لفظه، بتلاوته، وذكر معناه، بتدبره والتفكر فيه، واستخراج أحكامه وحكمه، وذكر العمل به وتأويله.{ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ لَطِيفًا خَبِيرًا } يدرك أسرار الأمور، وخفايا الصدور، وخبايا السماوات والأرض، والأعمال التي تبين وتسر.فلطفه وخبرته، يقتضي حثهن على الإخلاص وإسرار الأعمال، ومجازاة اللّه على تلك الأعمال.ومن معاني { اللطيف } الذي يسوق عبده إلى الخير، ويعصمه من الشر، بطرق خفية لا يشعر بها، ويسوق إليه من الرزق، ما لا يدريه، ويريه من الأسباب، التي تكرهها النفوس ما يكون ذلك طريقا [له] إلى أعلى الدرجات، وأرفع المنازل.

إطلالة حول الآية الكريمة

هذا أمر إلهي في الآية الكريمة لأمهات المؤمنين(زوجات الرسول رضوان الله عليهن) والمسلمات من وقت الرسالة وإلي يوم القيامة، بأن يذكرن القرآن الكريم في البيوت ، ومعه السنة النبوية المطهرة، لأن بعض العلماء يرون أن الحكمة هي "السنة النبوية المطهرة" وهنا عدة إشارات:

أ - واذكرن

هذا أمر لا مفر منه لأي مسلم/مسلمة

ب - ما يتلي في بيوتكن من آيات الله والحكمة

هناك آية اخري في القرآن تقول (الذين يستمعون القول فيتبعون أحسنه) ولم يقل سبحانه بدل من لفظ "القول أنه الكتاب أو اللفظ الصريح القرآن" بالرغم من أن العلماء يرون أن لفظ "القول" يقصد به القرآن، ولكن ربما يقصد به أيضاً أي قول يفيد المسلم في يومه وليلته ولو كان درس لايف كوتشنج أو طريقة كتابة النسخ العربي، أو حتي تفسير علمي أو نفسي للآيات، الأ÷م: أن الله تعالي يريد لنا أن نذكر آيات الله "القرآن الكريم" والسنة المطهرة في البيت المسلم أو حتي في الخيمة فهي بمثابة بيت الإنسان إلي ان يفرجها الله تعالي، هل سألت نفسك لماذا؟ ولا تقل لي للبركة؟ فالبركة كلمة فضفاضة وليس ضروري أن أشغل القرآن في البيت ويكون معي نقود تزيد عن حاجتي ، إذن هناك سبب آخر لتشغيل القرآن أو تلاوته في البيت ولاحظ دقة اللفظ القرآني في "واذكرن ما يُتلي" ولم يقل مثلا " ما يقرأ" وهل هناك فرق بن القراءة والتلاوة؟ نعم فرق التركيز سواء سماعاً أو قراءة، الشاهد: لو نفترض أنك تسمع بتركيز أو تقرأ بتركيز تكون قد حققت ما يدعي في علم النفس "اليقظة الذهنية" وهي لها مالها من الفوائد النفسية والرفاه النفسي ولربما الجسدي ، هذا غير التركيز ليس علي الكلمات الرنانة، بل علي المعاني وقدر الفهم، فأنت تقرأ القرآن ولا تدري ماذا يفعل في عقلك الباطن، ولن تفهم مطلقاً إلي أن يأتي موقف تخرج به هويتك وتخرج به عقلك الاواعي الذي وعي القرآن فهماً وتدبرا .

ج - لم يغفل الله تعالي لفظ (الحكمة: السنة المطهرة) أن تذكر في البيوت، مرة اخري لا تقول لي للبركة، فهي كلمة فضفاضة ، ولكن قل لي لإعمال العقل في هذه الكلمات الصغيرة الحجم الكبيرة المعني في الأحاديث المشرفة فتتغير حياتي، فمثلاً إذا سمعت عن التأريض في السنةفي حديث ما معناه أن رسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم كان يأمر الصحابة بخلع الحذاء ولو قليلا ، من علم رسول الله فوائد التأريض، ولاحظ أن الأرض التي كانوا يمشون عليها ليس بها سجاجيد ، بل رقع من صوف الحيوانات والبقية أرض ترابية أو رملية ..الخ وهي البيئة المواتية للتأريض ، إذن السنة ليست للبركة بل للعمل بها، وأيضاً ما معني كلمة حكمة؟ ولماذا الله تعالي وصف السنة بالحكمة؟ الحكمة: هي وضع الشيء المناسب في الوقت والمكان المناسب تحديداً ومن صفاتها: أنها تختصر علي محاولات التكرار والفشل وتختصر لك الحياة، ارجع ببصرك مرة أخري لتشبيه الله تعالي للسنة المطهرة بالحكمة وانت سوف تستغل كل حديث وكأنه آخر حديث تسمعه، وتذكر أن العلم إذا لم يجد العمل ارتحل.

د - أنت خبير أن لا يزال ليومنا هذا من يشكك في السنة أو يشكك في أحاديث بعض كبار الأئمة كالبخاري رحمه الله، فالأمر الإلهي بتشغيل السنة كما تشغيل القرآن ولو جزء من الوقت سواء قراءة بتدبر، أو قرار بالعمل بحديث في هذا اليوم، أو حتي سماعه في التلفازيعتبر نوع من انواع "إحياء سنة مهجورة " حتي لو كانت مهجورة في بيتك وبيوت المسلمين عامرة بها.

ه - ختم الآية غريب جداً (إن الله لطيف خبير) لطف الله تعالي كما الهواء أدخل علي بيتك آيات غيرت في مفهومك الخاص للحياة وأنت لا تدري ولو كنت في نفس اليوم سمعت حديث شريف وطبقته علي نفسك أو أهل بيتك، فأنت استحققت في هذا اليوم لطف الله بك، بخبرته سبحانه هو يعلم ما يصلحك ويصلح حال بيتك وأهل بيتك، فلا تفرط ولا نفرط قدر ما تركت لنا الحياة، الآن: هل تستطيع أن توصل الخير إلي بيتك بلطف ممكن يكون هذا الخير التفاح والطماطم من غير معايرة أنك تطعم أهل البيت أو أن أموالك استنزفت جمعاء من اجلهم، وممكن أن أنت تكون لطيف ، فقد كان سيدنا علي ابن ابي طالب يدخل البيت كأنه ثعلب ويخرج من البيت كأنه أسد، ومعني ثعلب: ينظر علي الشوائب والتقصير وكأنه لا يري شيء تلطفاً بأهله، وأسد الله خارج البيت إذا انتهكت المحارم، فلتعلم أن التلطف عنصر قوة في الشخصية لا عنصر ضعف.

2- لا يختبأ من لطفه سبحانه صغير أو كبير في هذا الكون

قال تعالي

{ يَا بُنَيَّ إِنَّهَا إِنْ تَكُ مِثْقَالَ حَبَّةٍ مِنْ خَرْدَلٍ فَتَكُنْ فِي صَخْرَةٍ أَوْ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ أَوْ فِي الْأَرْضِ يَأْتِ بِهَا اللَّهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَطِيفٌ خَبِيرٌ } [لقمان: 16]

يا بنيَّ اعلم أن السيئة أو الحسنة إن كانت قَدْر حبة خردل- وهي المتناهية في الصغر- في باطن جبل، أو في أي مكان في السموات أو في الأرض، فإن الله يأتي بها يوم القيامة، ويحاسِب عليها. إن الله لطيف بعباده خبير بأعمالهم.

إطلالة حول الآية الكريمة

هذه وصية أب محب لإبنه وهو ليس أب عادي بل حكيم زمانه وحكيم كل زمان فكلماته رنانة وهي ليست مفرغة من محتواها في آن واحد، فبدأ النصيحة بلفظة (يا بني) تلطفاً قبل النصيحة، فهو يعلم ان الناصح مستأمن، ويعلم أيضاً: أن النصيحة ثقيلة فلا يستطيع أن يضخمها علي من يسمعها حتي تصير مثل الجبل الذي ممكن من الخوف من النصيحة أن يقع عليه هذا العذاب "الجبل" فتلطف معه بلفظة يا بني ثم قال له كلام من الذهب سيعرفه هذا الإبن كلما مر وكبر في هذه الحياة " حبة خردل سيأتي بها الله" فما بالنا بالأكبر؟ هل رأيت حبة خردل قبل ذلك، إن لم تكن رأيتها حري بك أن تراها الآن، هي ليست بحج حبة العدس بل أصغر بكثير، وقد كبرنا علي حفظ أن الله تعالي يعلم مكان ودبيب النملة السمراء علي الصخرة الملساء في الليلة الظلماء أليس كذلك؟ اترك لقمان وابنه فإن حياتهم في هذه الدنيا انتهت، وأنت: هل تشعر أنه مهما كان عملك مخفي أن الله قادر علي أن يظهره يوما ما في مكان ما، هل أنت حويط أي تحطاط للأمر من كل جانب ولا يمكن أن يكتشفه كاشف في عصر التقنيات التكنولوجية الهائلة التي نعيش في ظلها هذه؟ يبدوا إن كان ذلك صحيح، أنك لم تقرأ هذه الآية بفهم قبل ذلك، ولا غرابة فأغلبنا ينطق بالقرآن تلاوة أو تسميع علي يد شيخ ولا يدري أن القرآن لن يمر بك تقرأه أو تسمعه دون أن يختبر كل آية علي حدي مدي فهمك وتطبيقك وإلا لعنك، إذن هل تعتبر أن لطف الله في إخراج المختبأ قوة أم ضعف في الشخصية، نستغفر الله، لو كنت تضع حدود لنفسك أن عملك لو كان في منجم سيخرج يوما ما من المنجم لأهل الأرض فأنت أنت صاحب شخصية قوية، لأنه لن يجعلك وجهكك بكل لون عند اكتشاف ما فعلت، وكلنا مجموعون أمام الله، ويقولون: فضيحة الدنيا أهون من فضيحة الآخرة: أليس كذلك؟

3- الرزق يتسلل لك بلطف الله فلا تشعر إلا وانت محاط بالرزق ناسيا ما أصابك من قبل

قال تعالي

﴿ وَرَفَعَ أَبَوَيْهِ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ وَخَرُّوا لَهُ سُجَّدًا ۖ وَقَالَ يَا أَبَتِ هَٰذَا تَأْوِيلُ رُؤْيَايَ مِن قَبْلُ قَدْ جَعَلَهَا رَبِّي حَقًّا ۖ وَقَدْ أَحْسَنَ بِي إِذْ أَخْرَجَنِي مِنَ السِّجْنِ وَجَاءَ بِكُم مِّنَ الْبَدْوِ مِن بَعْدِ أَن نَّزَغَ الشَّيْطَانُ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ إِخْوَتِي ۚ إِنَّ رَبِّي لَطِيفٌ لِّمَا يَشَاءُ ۚ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْعَلِيمُ الْحَكِيمُ﴾[ يوسف: 100]

وأجْلَسَ أباه وأمه على سرير ملكه بجانبه؛ إكرامًا لهما، وحيَّاه أبواه وإخوته الأحد عشر بالسجود له تحية وتكريمًا، لا عبادة وخضوعًا، وكان ذلك جائزًا في شريعتهم، وقد حَرُم في شريعتنا؛ سدًا لذريعة الشرك بالله. وقال يوسف لأبيه: هذا السجود هو تفسير رؤياي التي قصصتها عليك من قبل في صغري، قد جعلها ربي صدقًا، وقد تفضَّل عليَّ حين أخرجني من السجن، وجاء بكم إليَّ من البادية، من بعد أن أفسد الشيطان رابطة الأخوة بيني وبين إخوتي. إن ربي لطيف التدبير لما يشاء، إنه هو العليم بمصالح عباده، الحكيم في أقواله وأفعاله.

إطلالة حول الآية الكريمة

هل تحتاج إلي تفسير حقاً لهذه الآية، فأنت تحفظها حتي لو لم تكن تحفظها سرداً وتلقيناً قبل ذلك، فأنت تحفظها بالفهم، فنحن كمسلمين، عقلنا يبحث عن الإنتصارات ويمرر مرور الكرام آيات الإتعاظ، هذه حيلة تفعلها عقولنا لتجاوز الألم هذه حقيقة علمية، لكن هل مقدار الإنتصار بعد الم لا يقل عن 40 عام في حياة يوسف عليه السلام، مر مرور الكرام، كما نمر علي الآية الكريمة؟ لا يا أخي: حيث يقول الغرب الكافر: لا ألم لا مكسب، هل صدقوا؟ وهل تعتبر مساوية عندنا في الإسلام: لن تمكن حتي تُبتلي؟ هي هي أليس كذلك؟ كنا نمرح كأطفال بعقل أبله ولا نعترف أن في الحياة ألم، لذا أطفال اليوم حتي لو ليسوا أطفال حروب: تلطف واتركهم يلعبون ويمرحون كالأطفال لا تعيشهم سناً فوق سنهم، سنهم ومرور الحياة وألمها قادم لا محالة، فلكل منا فصل من فصول الحياة غير مواتي بالمرة، هذا الكريم ابن الكريم ابن الكريم يوسف - عليه السلام- لحظة انتصاره علي جميع من حوله إخوته الذين خانوه، وأهل الشر الذين رموه في السجن، ورفع أحب الناس إليه "أبيه وأمه" علي عرش مصر في لحظة تاريخية لا تنسي ، فجميل الطفولة، مستعبد الشباب ، فهو من العبيد لا تستغرب فقد بيع عبداً مملوكاً لغيره، واليوم الإنتصار ، فإن كنت تحت خط العبودية الحالية سواء عبودية جنس أو عبودية رقمية أو عبودية عمالة قسرية أو عمالة دَّين أو أي ما كانت نوعية العمالة التي تقع قسرياً تحت طائلتها، غداً ليس مثل اليوم، تأكد من ذلك، فقط احمل الخير في قلبك لكل من حولك، نعم أنت وأنت في عز محنتك ، واصبر فالأيام دول وتدور دورتها ، فكر انك تقف حول طاولة دوارة، تدور كما بعض المطاعم الصينية تأخذ منه ما تشتهي، هل لو جلست علي هذه الطاولة تتخيل لو للحظة أنها لن تدور حتي تصل إليك، ستصل يا أخي لكن ليس في التوقيت الذي تريد بل الذي يريده الله تعالي بلطف لا تشعر متي وأين وكيف كان ذلك من حال لحال، ونعوذ بالله من حال أهل النار.الآن: لا تتخيل أن توصيلك لأحدهم رزق من أرزاق الله تعالي مهما دق أو كثر أنك أنت اللطيف، لا أنت تتسم بك بصفة من صفات الله تعالي بلا معايرة أو إحساس بالفضل علي أحد فهو في الأساس سبب من اسباب لطف الله تعالي، فقد تعلمنا في دنيا السببية والنتيجة أن لكل شيء سبب ولهذا نحن نكتب هذا الكلام الآن.

4- الأرزاق للكون بأسره وليس للإنسان فقط لا يكون إلأا لطفا من الله اللطيف

قال تعالي

﴿أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ أَنْزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَتُصْبِحُ الْأَرْضُ مُخْضَرَّةً إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَطِيفٌ خَبِيرٌ﴾ سورة الحج:63

ألم ترَ- أيها النبي- أن الله أنزل من السماء مطرًا، فتصبح الأرض مخضرة بما ينبت فيها من النبات؟ إن الله لطيف بعباده باستخراج النبات من الأرض بذلك الماء، خبير بمصالحهم.

من قال لك أنك محور الكون؟ من قال لك هذا؟ اقتله، أنت وأنا ونحن خلفاء لله تعالي في هذه الأرض للفهم عن الله - لمحاولة التطبيق لشرع الله - لرؤية العدل يتطبق ولو في مكان علي الأرض قبل الموت- لتوعية الناس إن كنا نملك رؤية صائبة - لمنفعة الناس - للتعمير ..الخ لكن ليس هذا معناه أننا محور الكون ، حتي لو كان الإنسان جنس الإنسان محور الكون، إذ انت كمسلم لست محور الكون، هل تعلم نسبة وتناسب كم عدد المسلمين بالنسبة لعدد غير المسلمين في العالم؟ المسلمين لم يكملوا ثلث في العالم وثلثين العالم يجحد بوجود الله تعالي ويجحد وجود الإسلام أنه دين سماوي خاتم من الأساس؟ فإن تخيلت أنك محور الكون كمسلم فأنت خاطيء ، هناك بوذيين وملاحدة ومسيحيين ويهود وغيرهم، وانت من ضمن المنظومة الكونية لست محورها حاول تصدقني، الله تعالي وإن كنت أنت مخلوق مكرم عنده سبحانه وتعالي، إلا أنك لست المخلوق الوحيد، فهناك مخلوقات أخر كالجبال بالوانها وأحجامها الهائلة والبحار والأنهار والمحيطات والطيور والأسماك ، والحيوانات المفترس منها والأليف، قف عند منتهاك أيها العقل، إن الأرض كانت بائرة أصبحت اليوم مخضرة بلطف من؟ بلطف الله تعالي ، وأنت تسير علي طريق صحراوي في بلدك خاصة لو كان صحراوي من الدرجة الأولي وأصبح مروج وأنهار كما نبوءة رسول الله صلي اله عليه وسلم للأراضي الحجازية، لا ينساها الله تعالي وهو شيء غريب، أخي لو اشتريت فيلا جديدة، و ظللت تشتري وتشتري وتشتري، وبعد فترة طويلة تظن أنك تضع كل شيء في مكانه الأصلي وتتفاجيء كل فترة أنك لديك أشياء لم تستخدمها بعد وتقول لنفسك أو لألك متعجباً: أنا لا اتذكر من الأساس أني اشتريت هذا ، نحن نسمي باللغة العربية إنسان تأتي من عدة جذور من ضمنها النسيان ، وهذا في مجرد فيلا كبيرة إلي حد ما، فما بالك بالكون، من لطف الله تعالي أن الشيء الدقيق كالنملة في هذا الكون لا ينساها ، لا لا لا تقل لي وأطفال الحروب والمجروحين والمقتولين المترامين هنا وهناك شهداء لحروب غير متكافئة ، اين لطف الله؟ انتم يا مسلمين أصحاب شعارات رنانة ولا نريد أن نسمعكم بعد الآن!! كيفما لا تشكك في حكمة الله، لا تشكك في لطف الله بك وبغيرك سواء اليوم أو غداً أو حتي بعد غد، لا يهم الميعاد فإنتصار الأمة الإسلامية فريد من نوعه مرة يأتيك بلطف الله في صورة طفل جديد أو زواج أو أي شيء تشتهييه في هذه الحياة وأحياناً أخر تموت، لا تستغرب نعم ممكن أن تموت بلا تحقيق لما تريد وهو انتصار ايضاً وكيف هذه المعادلة التي لا تدخل الرأس؟ الم تمت علي الإسلام؟ وستدخل الجنة وتتنعم بنعيمها بإذن من الله تعالي فهو انتصار علي هذه الحياة المليئة بالمظالم، فانتصارك مع كل خيبات الأمل التي مررت بها ظل عندك أمل والأمل يحيي ولا يميت، وحتي لو جاء الموت وأنت علي هذا الحال فهو انتصار، "قتل أصحاب الأخدود" أتحسبه هزيمة أم نصر؟ علي حسب رؤيتك لهذا الحدث ستعلم أن من أنواع انتصارات الأمة الإسلامية احيانا "الموت علي ما جاء به رسول الله" الأهم أن لطف الله تعالي يشمل الكون بأسره ولست انت وحدك، ومن عناصر قوة الشخصية توصيل الخير بلطف لكل من حولك وأنت تعيش لا بعد موتك قدر ما تستطيع، هذا من مالك - إن كنت تملك المال- وهذا من جاهكك إن كنت تملك الجاه، وهذا من علمك وهذا من فضل بيتك وهذا وذاك حتي لا تنسي أن تضع في شرفة منزلك ما يعين طائر علي طيره، وهذا اللطف منك يجعل منك شخصية قوية لا شخصية ضعيفة كما تظن.

5- من لطف الله تعالي أنه يعلم خائنة الأعين وما تخفي الصدور وهذا سابق علي كل التقنيات التجسسية الحديثة

قال تعالى

﴿ لا تُدْرِكُهُ الْأَبْصَارُ وَهُوَ يُدْرِكُ الْأَبْصَارَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ ﴾ [الأنعام: 103]

اللهَ الأبصارُ في الدنيا، أما في الدار الآخرة فإن المؤمنين يرون ربهم بغير إحاطة، وهو سبحانه يدرك الأبصار ويحيط بها، ويعلمها على ما هي عليه، وهو اللطيف بأوليائه الذي يعلم دقائق الأشياء، الخبير الذي يعلم بواطنها.

لا تدركه الأبصار

لقد اخترعوا ما يسمي بالــ Bionic eye وهي عدسات يمكنك إذا ارتديتها أن تري في الظلام، وتمكن فاقدي البصر من الرؤية جزئياً، ولربما اخترعوا نظارات للأشعة بدلاً من الأجهزة الكبيرة غداً ، أي ما كان، مع كل هذه التقنيات الله تعالي اختياره للبشر أن لا يروه في الدنيا، وهناك ناس لن تراه مطلقاً من الكفار إلا أن يشاء سبحانه شيء آخر في الآخرة، فنحن كمسلمين ملوك الإيمان بالآخرة ، والمسلمين المؤمنين هم من سيرون الله تعالي يوم القيامة أو بالأحري في الجنة ربي يجعنا منهم، إذن لماذا كل هذا الإختفاء؟ في دنيا الناس نحن شخصيات مختلفة: وكل منا له أعداء علي حسب كم شجرتك مثمرة، فمنا من يتعامل مع الأعداء بترفع وتسامي وعدم رد من باب (صبرك علي عدوك قاتله) ومنا الخفيف " الذي يتوعد ويرفع صوته وتحمر عينه حنقاً علي ما يفعله به أعدائه" ومنا ومنا، فنحن شخصيات مختلفة، ولكن ما الأكمل في هذه القصة: أن لا تُعرف اعداءك عنك شيئا فيغلون بغلي فكرة انهم لا يعرفون من أين تُأتي الضربة القادمة منهم لك، أليس كذلك؟ الله تعالي لا يخشي من احد سبحانه في علياءه، ولكن الموقف المطلق الكمال: لمن رفضوا وجوده في الدنيا، وأنا أرفض أن تروني يوم القيامة ببساطة وانتهي الأمر، أما علمياً: فأنت تعلم أن الحمير والديوك والقطط والخيول عندها في شبكية العين مخروطات تجعلهم يرون ما لا نراه، لذا بعضهم يري الملائكة وبعضهم يري الشياطين ، وماذا عنا نحن؟ نحن غلابي نري بنور الله ما يريد لنا أن نراه، وإلا لو رأينا فيروس كورونا وهو يتلقفنا موتا واحد بعد الآخر علي سبيل المثال لا الحصر مطلقا أو الطفيليات التي تعيش بدواخلنا أو البكتريا التي تسير في الهواء حولنا، لمشي كل واحد منا بعصا يخانق ذباب وجهه أليس كذلك؟ إنها رحمة الله تعالي أن لا نري اعداءنا في الكون مطلقا، صبراً يا من تريد رؤية الله تعالي ، فغذاً ناظره قريب.

وهو يدرك الأبصار وهو اللطيف الخبير

هو ليس مثلنا سبحانه وتعالي - هو يدرك والإدراك أشد من الرؤية فلا يخفي عليه خافية فيما خلق أو لم يخلق مثل (الأطفال المصممين - الروبوتات الهجينة ..الخ) ومع هذا ايضاً: هو لطيف ومن لطفه سبحانه وتعالي يدرك كل شيء حولك وحولي فليس حول الله من شيء ، والله أعلي واعلم، نحن بسطاء جداً ولا ندرك أغلب ما يدور حولنا من محطات خديعة يضعها لنا اعداءنا علي الممر أو غير ذلك، فإن كنت مدرك كل شيء يدور حولك لأنك تعمل في مجال المخابرات مثلاً، فلا هنيئاً لك: الله يكون في عونك من كم المعلومات التي تهدم النفس ولا تحييها، ولكن إدراكك للأمور غير الرجل البسيط الذي يسير في الشارع، إن كنت من المدركين في هذه الحياة فهذا من لطف الله تعالي، وإدراكك للأمور التي تسير حولك نوع من قوة الشخصية لا ضعف الشخصية وأن تجمع بين إدراك كل ما يدور حولك وبين لطفك بأهل بيتك هذا من كمال صفات الله تعالي فهنيئاً لك.

6 - لا تحور ولا تدور، فالله من لطفه سبحانه يقلبك رأساً علي عقب ويفهمك

قال تعالى

﴿ أَلَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ ﴾ [الملك: 14]

ألا يعلم ربُّ العالمين خَلْقه وشؤونهم، وهو الذي خَلَقهم وأتقن خَلْقَهُمْ وأحسنه؟ وهو اللطيف بعباده، الخبير بهم وبأعمالهم.

هل أنت صاحب حرفة؟ هل أنت أب أو أم؟ هل تتخيل في مولودك الجديد أنك تغفل شيء فيه في جسده في وجهه لو عنده شامة مثلاً، هل تغفل عن هذا ؟ مستحيل، ولو كنت صاحب حرفة خزفية مثلاً: أنت تعلم علم اليقين أن هذه القطعة تحتمل نقود أكثر من غيرها لأن بها تعب وسهر ..الخ وأن هذه القطعة بها عيوب مخفية لا يعلمها أحد غيرك، وهكذا، الله تعالي هو من خلقك وخلقنا وخلق كل شيء في هذه الحياة، أتتخيل مجرد تخيل: أنه سبحانه لا يعلم ما خلق؟ سؤال في غير محله منك، وسؤال استنكاري من الله تبارك وتعالي، فلا تحور ولا تدور، يقال في دنيانا دنيا الناس الذين أوشكوا علي الإنقراض فلربما نحن آخر سكان الأرض غير المهجنين بحيوان أو روبوت أو حتي أي شيء زيادة مثل الترانس هيومن - مُزحة مزحة - لا تأخذها علي صدرك، يقال ماذا؟ يقل: تستطيع أن تخدع بعض الناس بعض الوقت لكنك لا تستطيع خدع كل الناس كل الوقت، شعار رنان ربما نقوله ونحن مذنبين أصلاً بكل أريحية، لذا الشعارات الرنانة في هذه الحياة من اجل العمال أو لا فقر أو زيرو جوع وهذه الشعارت لا تستطيع وانت تسمعها إلا أن تبتسم لدرجة الضحك ، إلي أن يأتي شهم ويخرجها من دائرة الشعارات الرنانة إلي آليات تطبيقية علي أرض الواقع ، الله يعرفك ، يعرف ما بداخلك ، يعلم دوافعك ، يعلم ما تنويه، لا تستهين فأنت بأعيننا (أعين الله تعالي ) تحت العناية المركزة.

قال تعالي

﴿وَهُوَ مَعَكُمْ أَيْنَ مَا كُنْتُمْ﴾

هو الذي خلق السموات والأرض وما بينهما في ستة أيام، ثم استوى -أي علا وارتفع- على عرشه فوق جميع خلقه استواء يليق بجلاله، يعلم ما يدخل في الأرض من حب ومطر وغير ذلك، وما يخرج منها من نبات وزرع وثمار، وما ينزل من السماء من مطر وغيره، وما يعرج فيها من الملائكة والأعمال، وهو سبحانه معكم بعلمه أينما كنتم، والله بصير بأعمالكم التي تعملونها، وسيجازيكم عليها.

هل سمعت عن تقنية FMRI أو Voice to skull (V to K) أو غيرها مما يُسمع الكلام الذي يدور في رأسك أنت وقت التفكير لا وقت النطق به، بالتأكيد سمعت، هذا زمان أم مكان أ الإثنين معاً؟ الإثنين معاً، الله معكم أينما كنتم وانتهي الأمر، ألا تعلم أنهم انتهوا من مستعمرة علي سطح القمر ، ومستعمرة أخري في المريخ واخري يحضرونها في كوكب الزُهرة ، إنها حياة عجيبة، بها بلدان ثالث علي العالم في تصدير الماس وبها أكبر مجتمع بشري له مجاعة الأكبر علي كوكب الأرض، ومعادن تستخرج لا يعرف اهلها عنها شيء ويستمتع بها آخرون، وحروب هنا وهناك وهناك وهنا، وأوشكنا علي حرب نووية ، فلا تقل أنا انتمي لأكبر مجتمع أمني لا يستطيع أحد أن يصل لي، إن المتسللين يصلوا من هنا ومن هناك وهذا في دنيانا ورأيناه، فما بالك بإله عظيم حكيم عليم معك في كل مكان سواء كنت من رواد الفضاء فأنت الآن تقرأ هذا الكلام من علي سطح المريخ، أو كنت عالم من علماء الفزياء الكونية في معملك أو تسير بين الكواكب فلا يخفي علي هذا الإله العظيم ما يخفي علينا نحن الضعفاء، لا يهم عدم إدراكك لهذا الأمر، لا يهم، الأهم: أني لو قلت لك هذه الحقيبة التي في يدك رائعة جداً من أين اشتريتها: أنت تقول لي: أني صحوت من النوم لقيتها أمام عيني بدون أن أفكر، لا سأتهمك بالجنون أليس كذلك؟ لكل شيء سبب يدعونا إلي ان هناك سبب أولي أوجد كل هذا التناسق والتناغم الكوني الهندسي المتقن.الأهم: أن تعرف أن الله تعالي محيط بأمرك ويعلم سرك وعلانيتك وكنت في حجرة مظلمة أو كنت في كوكب الله معك ولا يكون اثنين إلا الله ثالثهما ولا أكبر من ذلك ولا أقل إلا الله معهم، فمن قوة شخصيتك أن يكون سرك كعلانيتك، لأن غداً عندما يكتب تاريخك ولن تستطيع محوه لا ينفعك إلا أن تكون داخلك مثل خارجك.

وفي الحديث الشريف

عنْ عَائِشَةَ، زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «إِنَّ الرِّفْقَ لَا يَكُونُ فِي شَيْءٍ إِلَّا زَانَهُ، وَلَا يُنْزَعُ مِنْ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا شَانَهُ»

هناك قصة قرأتها - حقيقية بالمناسبة - في أحد الجرائد عن امرأة لم تنجب ,ليس لها أم أو أب قد غيبهما الموت، فأصبحت تعامل الجماد في البيت علي انه كائن حي (وهو كائن حي بالفعل فالخشب مثلا من الشجر) الأهم: أنها كانت ترفع الكراسي بهدوء وتضعها بهدوء ولا تغلق باب الحجرة بضجر بل برفق ، وتمسح المنضدة بلطف ..إلي آخر هذا الهراء ..ألا تراه هراء؟ إنها الحياة بمتغيراتها ، الرفق سمة أصيلة في النفس البشرية نحن من نطمسها، ونغلظ علي بعضنا البعض حتي إن بعض الناس يغلظ علي قطة صغيرة Kitten بدون ذنب إلا أنها ولدت في الشارع وليس في بيت احدهم الدافيء ، الرفق الرفق فنحن نسير علي طرق ساخنة وعرة توشك أن تقع في حفرة من الحفر علي الطريق إن آجلا أو عاجلا، الرفق ببعضنا البعض فرسول الإنسانية صلي الله عليه وسلم يقول لك ولنا: الرفق إذا وضع في الشيء جعله مزين، وإن انتزع منه جعله مشين، قف في إحدي وسائل المواصلات وستري العجب: ستري امرأة لطيفة جداً مع ابناءها وتقبلهم وتمسح شعرهم كل دقيقيتين، وأخري تضرب الوجه أمام الجميع وتنزع منهم الحلوي لخطأ غير مقصود من أطفال ابرياء ، الرفق الرفق، انظر لإمرأة جميلة الجميلات وإذا تحدثت بغلاظة وحنق مع أحد الموظفين أو ساعي البريد أو غيره ممن وضعهم الله تحت يدها العنيفة: لن تري المساحيق الغالية الثمن ولن تنظر للملابس المنفق عليها بالآلاف: فقط لن تتذكر إلا القبح، صدقت رسول الله " وما نزع من شيء إلا شانه" إن الطيبة بمعناها الصحيح تعطي لمحة جمال فوق الجمال، وإن نزع الجمال بفعل السن أو غيره، فتستري جمال صدقت رسول الله " لا يكون في شيء إلا زانه" أما الطيبة ففي بعض المجتمعات لها معنيين:

أ - الطيبة عادي جداً

ب- الهبل

,انت و قدر حظك من الطيبة .. دمت بخير ولطف مع نفسك ومع من حولك، فهي سمة قوة وليست سمة ضعف كما كنا نظن.

علم نفس اللطف

أعتقد أن معظمنا يُعجب بالقوة. إنها شيء نحترمه في الآخرين، ونرغب فيه لأنفسنا، ونتمناه لأطفالنا. مع ذلك، أحيانًا، أتساءل إن كنا نخلط بين القوة وكلمات أخرى - كالعدوان وحتى العنف. القوة الحقيقية ليست ذكورية ولا أنثوية؛ بل هي، بكل بساطة، من أروع الصفات التي يمكن لأي إنسان أن يتحلى بها - السيد روجرز

القوة هي القدرة على القيام بأشياء تتطلب جهدًا بدنيًا أو عقليًا كبيرًا. إنها خيار الاستمرار في تحمل الألم حتى لو بدا قاسيًا للغاية.

اللطف يُولّد السلام والهدوء وثبات الشخصية. إنه ليس متقلبًا أو فظًا في استجابته للعالم.

صفات الشخص اللطيف

واعي لمشاعره

لا نرغب دائمًا في مواجهة مشاعرنا الحقيقية تجاه الأشياء. غالبًا ما نسارع إلى تجميل وإخفاء استجابتنا العاطفية الطبيعية للأشخاص والمواقف. لكن الروح اللطيفة تُقر بحقيقة ما نشعر به. إذا كنت حزينًا، فأنت حزين، وإذا كنت غاضبًا، فأنت غاضب. التظاهر لن يُخفيها، بل سيدفعها فقط إلى السطح. استجابتك العاطفية ليست صحيحة أو خاطئة، لكنها حقيقية. تعلم هذه اللغة، وكن صادقًا مع نفسك بشأنها.اسأل نفسك كيف تشعر حقًا تجاه ما يحدث هنا؟

يستخدمون المساحة بين المُحفِّز والاستجابة

يُقدِّر الأشخاص اللطفاء الوقت والمساحة بين حدوث شيء ما واستجابتهم له. يتحدث ستيفن كوفي عن هذا في كتابه "العادات السبع للأشخاص الأكثر فعالية" ليسوا ردة فعل. لا يستجيبون فورًا. بل يتوقفون ويتراجعون مجازيًا ليُثبِّتوا أنفسهم في تلك اللحظة بين المُحفِّز (شيء يحدث لك) والاستجابة (أنت تُقرِّر ما ستفعله حياله).

يسمحون لأنفسهم بالإهتمام

على غرار النقطة الأولى، هناك عامل أساسي آخر في الروح اللطيفة وهو ببساطة الاعتراف بالأشياء والسماح لنفسك بالاهتمام بها (الآخرين، العالم، آمالك وأحلامك).ربما تعرضتَ للأذى، أو الخذلان، أو الخداع في الماضي. عندما ننعزل، نتخلى عن استثمارنا ونبدأ بالاستياء من الجهد العاطفي والجسدي الذي نبذله. إذا لم نكن واعين ولم نتخذ قرارًا متعمدًا بالاهتمام، فقد يصبح "الانقطاع" هو الوضع الافتراضي.

يتأملون كل ما يمر بهم في تجربة الحياة

يراقب الأشخاص ذوو الروح اللطيفة العالم. يراقبون أنفسهم، والأشخاص الآخرين، والمواقف التي يمرون بها. يُعدّ التأمل في هذه الأمور جزءًا مهمًا من التعلم والنمو في المستقبل. كلما تعمدتَ الاعتراف بردود أفعالك تجاه الأمور، زادت سيطرتك عليها في المرة القادمة وكلما زادت سيطرتك، زادت مساحة اختيارك للطف.

كملخص عام

هل تتخيل مجرد تخيل أن الله تعالي يخلق شيئاً عبثا؟ مستحيل أليس كذلك، حتي من عادات الناس الأكثر نجاحاً في هذه الحياة لا يضيعون وقتهم إلا في شيء مفيد فما بالك باللطيف الخبير العليم القهار .. هل تساءلت يوما ما لماذا خلق كل هذا اللطف من حولنا من كائنات ضعيفة لا تستطيع إلا أن تكون لطيف معها، إلا أن يون قلبك شديد القسوة، ممكن دوامة الحياة لا تدفعك لهذا التفكير، لكن لو رأيت كتكوت علي سبيل المثال واشتريت واحداً وتتبعك في البيت خطوة بخطوة، ما أخبار لطفك له؟ للأسف الناس ليسوا كتاكيت نهائياً ، خسارة كبيرة ، هل هذا اللطف المخلوق في وسط هذا العبث الإنساني شديد القسوة لحكمة؟ استغفر الله، بالطبع لحكمة بالغة؟ وما هي ليس عندنا وقت؟ ليهدأ من غضبك - ليزيل التوتر - للمعالجة الم تعلم أن هناك خيول علاجية وقطط وكلاب وأغلب الحيوانات الأليفة اليوم تستخدم في العلاج النفسي للمرضي (حيوانات معلمة) وهي من ألطف الأشياء التي تعالج بحق أفضل من الأطباء ، لا تُشكك في حكمة الله، لا تشكك في قيمة اللطف في هذه الحياة القاسية، إن صادفك شيء لطيف في يومك كما يقول لك الايف كوتشنج: معلمين الحياة: اعمل لها لقطة في ذهنك Capture لأن حفظك لها في ذهنك وليس في الموبايل - لم أقل التقط صورة وانسي اللحظة تفضلا - بل القطها في عقلك، والعقل في آخر اليوم يفلتر كل ما سمع أو رأي خلال اليوم، فلو كانت لقطاته اللطيفة كثيرة، نام لطيفاً واستيقظ لا يأذي الآخرين، شاهد قبل النوم حيوانات أليفة مع أطفال مع موسيقي هادئة أو قرآن، الأهم أن تكون لطيفا ، الحياة ليست مليئة باللطفاء كثيرا .. دمت بخير.

The gentleness is a characteristic of some people. Some people are so unassuming that you hardly notice them. They don't speak just to prove they're speaking, they don't interfere in what doesn't concern them, and they don't gossip or slander anyone. They are few in this life. And even if this is their nature, it doesn't guarantee they will be the same tomorrow or the day after. Life is full of difficulties, and God tests you according to your character, making things difficult for you repeatedly until your true nature is revealed—whether it's pure or counterfeit. The test of gentleness will inevitably bring you the opposite of what you're used to. It will bring you extremely difficult people who will hurt you repeatedly until you're forced to move from a state of kindness to one of harshness. Kindness may have been fleeting in your life, and perhaps it will return, but you will be more mature, knowing who to treat with kindness and who to treat with extreme harshness. But before we delve into the linguistic meanings of kindness, what do you understand from the word "gentleness" or "this person is kind"? Let's take a well-known example: (the air). We say, "A gentle breeze blew, not a cold one." It doesn't break bones, nor is it hot and humid, but rather refreshing. This is gentleness. Another characteristic of air is that when it comes, you don't feel its presence, and it has no real color, smell, or texture, but you feel its effect and are certain of its presence from its effects, whether it's the curtains moving or something else. What does this mean with a gentle person? It means that they don't break your heart or make you feel that you don't want to get close to them or interact with them. Does this mean that a gentle person is weak? Because psychology tells you that you have the right to say no when you really want to. Does gentleness make you ashamed to say no when necessary, such as when your colleague places their work on your desk and politely asks you to do it for them? Is it gentle to do it for them? And if you say no, does that mean you lose your gentleness? No, of course not. You must set boundaries with those around you because people are inherently opportunistic. Those who see someone as devoted to serving them will show no mercy, and then it becomes their duty. If they fail to do so for any reason, they are labeled as unkind. Don't judge like them. We live through many different situations every day, and people rarely agree on someone, whether out of love or hate. And please, don't say, "My nation will not unite on falsehood." Read it again: "My nation" refers to the entire Muslim community, Arabs and non-Arabs, black and white, not just a group of believers chatting on the corner of your street. Let's explore the meaning of kindness in Islam and the various meanings of the word. From this, we can understand how a kind person can be strong.

The gentleness in Language

He was gentle and compassionate towards him.

He is kind in this matter: gentle in his handling of it.

He drew something near to him and held it close to his side.

He found him kind when he associated with him: he considered him or found him to be kind.

A person of pleasant company: one whose companionship is agreeable and pleasing.

Kind: one who is not harsh.

Ibn al-Qayyim says

There is nothing more beneficial to the heart than treating people with kindness. For treating people in this way: either with a stranger, you gain his affection and love; or with a friend and loved one, you maintain his affection and love; or with an enemy and hater, you extinguish his anger and protect yourself from his harm with your kindness.

The gentlness to Children

One of the things that educational experts almost unanimously agree on is that if a child is treated harshly, reprimanded, belittled, despised, and ridiculed by their parents and caregivers, the negative effects will manifest in their behavior and character. Therefore, kindness is essential in guiding and raising them.

The Holy Quran

1- Gently Delivering Goodness and Blessings into Homes

Allah Almighty says:

{وَاذْكُرْنَ مَا يُتْلَى فِي بُيُوتِكُنَّ مِن آيَاتِ اللَّهِ وَالْحِكْمَةِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ لَطِيفًا خَبِيرًا} [الأحزاب: 34].

{And remember what is recited in your houses of the verses of Allah and wisdom. Indeed, Allah is ever Subtle and Acquainted.} [Al-Ahzab: 34]

His command to remember it includes remembering its words by reciting it, remembering its meaning by pondering and reflecting upon it, extracting its rulings and wisdom, and remembering to act upon it and interpret it. {Indeed, Allah is ever Subtle and Acquainted.} He understands the secrets of matters, the hidden thoughts of hearts, the mysteries of the heavens and the earth, and the deeds that are revealed and concealed. His subtlety and knowledge necessitate urging them to be sincere and to keep their deeds secret, and to seek Allah's reward for those deeds. Among the meanings of {the Subtle} is the One who guides His servant to goodness. And He protects him from evil, in ways that are hidden and he does not feel them, and He brings him sustenance that he does not know, and He shows him the means that people hate, which will be a path for him to the highest ranks and the most exalted positions.

A Glimpse into the Noble Verse

This is a divine command in the noble verse to the Mothers of the Believers (the wives of the Prophet, may God be pleased with them) and to all Muslim women from the time of the Prophet's mission until the Day of Judgment, to recite the Holy Quran in their homes, along with the purified Sunnah of the Prophet. Some scholars consider the wisdom to be the "purified Sunnah of the Prophet." Several points are noted here:

A - And remember

This is an unavoidable command for every Muslim man and woman.

B - What is recited in your homes of the verses of God and wisdom

There is another verse in the Quran that says, "Those who listen to the word and follow the best of it." God Almighty did not specify the Book or the explicit word "Quran" instead of "the word," even though scholars believe that "the word" refers to the Quran. However, it may also refer to any statement that benefits a Muslim in their day and night, even if it is a life coaching lesson, a method for writing Arabic script, or even a scientific or psychological interpretation of the verses. The important point is that God Almighty wants us to remember the verses of God, the Holy Quran, and the purified Sunnah in our homes. For a Muslim, even in a tent, it's a person's home until God Almighty grants relief. Have you ever asked yourself why? Don't tell me it's for blessings, because blessings are a vague term, and it's not necessary to play the Quran in the house and have more money than you need. So, there's another reason for playing or reciting the Quran in the house. Notice the precision of the Quranic wording in "And remember what is recited," not, for example, "what is read." Is there a difference between reading and reciting? Yes, there's a difference in focus, whether listening or reading. The point is: if we assume that you listen or read with focus, you achieve what is called in psychology "mindfulness," which has its own psychological benefits and well-being, and perhaps even physical benefits. This is in addition to focusing not on the resonant words, but on the meanings and the degree of understanding. You read the Quran without knowing what it does to your subconscious mind, and you will never truly understand until a situation arises that brings your identity and your subconscious mind, which has absorbed the Quran with understanding and contemplation, to the surface.

C - God Almighty did not neglect to mention the word (wisdom: the purified Sunnah) in homes. Again, do not tell me it is for blessing, as that is a vague word, but tell me to use my mind to reflect on these small words in size but great in meaning in the honorable hadiths, so that my life may change. For example, if you hear about grounding in the Sunnah in a hadith, the meaning of which is that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to order the Companions to remove their shoes, even if only a little. From what did the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, teach the benefits of grounding? Notice that the ground they were walking on did not have carpets, but rather patches of animal wool, and the rest was dirt or sand, etc., which is the suitable environment for grounding. So the Sunnah is not for blessing, but for acting upon it. Also, what is the meaning of the word wisdom? And why did God Almighty describe the Sunnah as wisdom? Wisdom is placing the right thing at the right time and in the right place. Its qualities include saving you from repeated attempts and failures, and it shortens your life. Reflect again on God Almighty's comparison of the purified Sunnah to wisdom, and you will seize every hadith as if it were the last you will ever hear. Remember that knowledge, if not put into practice, will vanish.

D - You are well aware that even today there are those who doubt the Sunnah or question the hadiths of some of the great imams, such as Al-Bukhari, may God have mercy on him. Therefore, the divine command to engage with the Sunnah, just as one engages with the Quran, even for a short time—whether through thoughtful reading, deciding to act upon a hadith that day, or even just listening to it on television—is a form of "reviving a neglected Sunnah," even if it is neglected in your own home while the homes of Muslims are filled with it.

E - The verse's ending is very strange (Indeed, Allah is Subtle and All-Aware). God's kindness is like the air that enters your home. Verses that change your own understanding of life without you realizing it. If on the same day you heard a hadith and applied it to yourself or your family, then you deserved God's kindness on that day. With His knowledge, He knows what is best for you and what is best for your home and your family. So, let us not be negligent, and let us not be negligent, as much as life has left us. Now: Can you bring goodness to your home gently? This goodness could be apples and tomatoes without making it seem like you are feeding your family or your money has been completely drained for their sake, and it is possible that you are kind, for our master Ali Ibn Abi Talib used to enter the house as if he were a fox and leave the house as if he were a lion. The meaning of fox: he looked at the flaws and shortcomings as if he did not see anything, out of kindness to his family, and he was the lion of God outside the house if the sacred things were violated. So know that kindness is an element of strength in personality, not an element of weakness.

2- Nothing, small or great, in this universe escapes His grace.

Allah Almighty says:

{O my son, indeed if it should be the weight of a mustard seed and should be within a rock or [anywhere] in the heavens or in the earth, Allah will bring it forth. Indeed, Allah is Subtle and Acquainted.} [Luqman: 16]

O my son, know that even if a bad deed or a good deed is as small as a mustard seed—which is infinitesimally small—hidden within a mountain, or anywhere in the heavens or on earth, Allah will bring it forth on the Day of Resurrection and hold people accountable for it. Indeed, Allah is Subtle with His servants and Acquainted with their deeds.

A Glimpse into the Noble Verse

This is the advice of a loving father to his son. He is not an ordinary father, but a wise man of his time and of all times. His words resonate deeply, yet they are not devoid of meaning. He begins his advice with the words "My son," showing kindness before offering it, for he knows that the one giving advice is entrusted with a responsibility. He also knows that advice is weighty, and he cannot magnify it for the listener until it becomes like a mountain, which, out of fear of the advice, might cause him to suffer the consequences. So he spoke kindly to him with the words "My son," and then spoke words of wisdom that this son will come to know as he grows older in this life: "A mustard seed will be brought forth by God." So what about something greater? Have you ever seen a mustard seed before? If you haven't, you should see it now. It is not the size of a lentil, but much smaller. And we have grown up knowing that God Almighty knows the location and movement of the black ant on the smooth rock in the darkest night, is that not so? Leave Luqman and his son, for their lives in this world have ended. And you: Do you feel that no matter how hidden your deeds are, God is capable of revealing them one day somewhere? Are you so cautious, taking every precaution, that no one can discover them in this age of immense technological advancements we live in? If that is true, it seems you haven't read this verse with understanding before. And that's not surprising, as most of us recite the Quran or listen to it under the guidance of a sheikh, unaware that the Quran will not pass you by, whether you read it or listen to it, without testing each verse individually on your understanding and application. Otherwise, it will curse you. So, do you consider God's grace in revealing what is hidden a strength or a weakness of character? We seek forgiveness from God. If you set limits for yourself, knowing that even if your deeds were hidden in a mine, they will one day be revealed to the people of the earth, then you are a person of strong character, because your face won't change color when what you did is discovered. We will all be gathered before God, and they will say: "The disgrace of this world is easier to bear than the disgrace of the Hereafter." Isn't that so?

3- Provision comes to you gently, by the grace of God, and you find yourself surrounded by it, forgetting what befell you before.

God Almighty said:

“And he raised his parents upon the throne, and they fell down prostrating before him. And he said, ‘O my father, this is the interpretation of my dream of before. My Lord has made it true. And He was gracious to me when He took me out of prison and brought you from the desert after Satan had sown discord between me and my brothers. Indeed, my Lord is Subtle in what He wills. Indeed, He is the Most Gentlness, the Most Merciful.’” He is the All-Knowing, the All-Wise. [Yusuf: 100]

He seated his father and mother on his royal throne beside him, as a sign of respect. His parents and eleven brothers greeted him by prostrating themselves in respect and honor, not in worship or submission. This was permissible in their law, but it is forbidden in our law to prevent any possibility of associating partners with God. Joseph said to his father, “This prostration is the interpretation of my dream, which I told you about when I was young. My Lord has made it true. He has been gracious to me by bringing me out of prison and bringing you to me from the desert, after Satan had corrupted the bond of brotherhood between me and my brothers. Indeed, my Lord is subtle in His planning of what He wills. He is the All-Knowing of the best interests of His servants, the All-Wise in His words and deeds.”

A Reflection on the Noble Verse

Do you truly need an explanation for this verse? You memorize it even if you didn't memorize it through recitation and rote learning beforehand; you memorize it through understanding. We, as Muslims, tend to seek victories and gloss over verses of admonition. This is a trick our minds employ to overcome pain—a scientific fact. But did the magnitude of victory after no less than 40 years of suffering in the life of Joseph (peace be upon him) pass by unnoticed, as we do with this noble verse? No, my brother. The disbelieving West says: "No pain, no gain." Did they believe it? And is it equivalent to what we in Islam say: "You will not be empowered until you are tested"? It is the same, isn't it? We were carefree children, unaware of life's pain. So, to today's children, even those not children of war: be gentle with them and let them play and have fun like children. Don't force them to live beyond their years. Their age, the passage of life, and its inevitable pain will come. Each of us has a chapter in life that is entirely unfavorable. This noble son of a noble son of a noble son, Joseph (peace be upon him), in his moment of victory over all those around him—his brothers who betrayed him, the wicked people who threw him in prison—raised his most beloved people, his father and mother, on the throne of Egypt in an unforgettable historical moment. The beauty of childhood, the enslavement of youth—he was a slave, so don't be surprised, for he was sold as a slave to another. And today is victory. If you are under the current line of slavery, whether it be sexual slavery, digital slavery, forced labor, debt bondage, or any other type of forced labor, tomorrow will not be like today. Be certain of that. Just carry goodness in your heart for everyone around you, even in the midst of your hardship. Be patient, for the days are a cycle and turn. Imagine standing at a revolving table, like some Chinese restaurants where you can take what you want. If you sat at this table, would you imagine for a moment that it wouldn't turn until it reached you? It will reach you, my brother, but not at the time you want, rather at the time God Almighty wills, with a kindness you won't perceive when, where, or how it changed from one state to another. We seek refuge in God from the state of the people of Hell. Now, don't imagine that your delivery to someone is a blessing from God Almighty, no matter how small or large, and that you are the one who is kind. No, you are possessing one of God Almighty's attributes, without any sense of superiority or feeling of doing anyone a favor. He is, in essence, a cause of God Almighty's kindness. We have learned in the world of cause and effect that everything has a cause, and that is why we are writing these words now.

4- The sustenance is provided for the entire universe, not just for humankind, and this is solely by the grace of God, the Most Gracious

God Almighty says:

“Do you not see that God sends down rain from the sky, and the earth becomes green? Indeed, God is Subtle and All-Aware.” (Surah Al-Hajj: 63) O Prophet, do you not see that God sends down rain from the sky, and the earth becomes green with the vegetation that grows therein? Indeed, God is Subtle and All-Aware of His servants’ needs, bringing forth vegetation from the earth with that water.

A Reflection on the Noble Verse

Who told you that you are the center of the universe? Who told you this? Kill him. You, I, and we are all God's successors on this earth to understand God, to try to implement God's law, to see justice applied even in one place on earth before death, to enlighten people if we have a correct vision, for the benefit of people, for development, etc. But this does not mean that we are the center of the universe, even if humanity were the center of the universe. You, as a Muslim, are not the center of the universe. Do you know the ratio of Muslims to non-Muslims in the world? Muslims do not even make up a third of the world's population, and two-thirds of the world deny the existence of God and deny that Islam is a final, divinely revealed religion in the first place. If you imagine that you are the center of the universe as a Muslim, you are mistaken. There are Buddhists, atheists, Christians, Jews, and others. You are part of the cosmic system, not its center. Try to believe me. God Almighty, even though you are a creation honored by Him, you are not the only creation. There are other creations such as mountains with their colors and enormous sizes, seas, rivers, oceans, birds, fish, and animals, both predators and domesticated. Stop at your limit, O mind! The earth was barren, and today it is green thanks to Whom? By the grace of God Almighty, even if you're traveling on a desert road in your country, especially if it's a prime desert that has become meadows and rivers, as the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) prophesied for the Hijaz region, God Almighty doesn't forget it. It's truly remarkable. My brother, if you bought a new villa and kept buying and buying and buying, and after a long time you thought you'd put everything in its proper place, you'd be surprised every now and then to find you have things you haven't used yet. You'd say to yourself in astonishment, "I don't even remember buying this!" In Arabic, the word "insan" (human being) comes from several roots, including "nisyan" (forgetfulness). And this is just for a relatively large villa, so what about the universe? It's by the grace of God Almighty that He doesn't forget even the smallest thing in this universe, like an ant. Don't tell me about the children of war, the wounded, and the slain scattered here and there, martyrs of unequal wars. Where is God's grace in that? You Muslims are full of empty slogans, and we don't want to hear from you anymore! Just as you do not doubt God's wisdom, do not doubt God's kindness to you and others, whether today, tomorrow, or even the day after. The timing is irrelevant, for the victory of the Muslim nation is unique. Sometimes it comes to you through God's grace in the form of a new child, marriage, or anything you desire in this life. And sometimes you die. Do not be surprised. Yes, it is possible to die without achieving what you want, and that too is a victory. How can this equation be illogical? Did you not die as a Muslim? And you will enter Paradise and enjoy its bliss, by God's permission. It is a victory over this life full of injustices. Your victory, despite all the disappointments you have experienced, is that you still have hope, and hope gives life, not death. Even if death comes while you are in this state, it is a victory. "The killing of the people of the trench"—do you consider it a defeat or a victory? Based on your view of this event, you will know that one of the types of victories of the Islamic nation is sometimes “dying on what the Messenger of God brought.” The most important thing is that the kindness of God Almighty encompasses the entire universe and you are not alone. One of the elements of strength of character is to deliver goodness kindly to everyone around you while you are alive, not after your death, as much as you can. This is from your money - if you have money - and this is from your status if you have status, and this is from your knowledge, and this is from the bounty of your house, and this and that, so that you do not forget to put on your balcony what helps a bird to fly. This kindness from you makes you a strong character, not a weak character as you think.

5- It is from the grace of God Almighty that He knows the treachery of the eyes and what the hearts conceal. This predates all modern espionage technologies

God Almighty says:

﴿ لا تُدْرِكُهُ الْأَبْصَارُ وَهُوَ يُدْرِكُ الْأَبْصَارَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ ﴾ [الأنعام: 103]

“Vision perceives Him not, but He perceives [all] vision. He is the Subtle, the Acquainted.” [Al-An'am: 103]

Vision perceives God in this world, but in the Hereafter, the believers will see their Lord without comprehending Him. He, Glory be to Him, perceives and encompasses all vision, and knows it as it truly is. He is the Subtle One with His allies, who knows the minutest details of things, the Acquainted One who knows their innermost secrets.

A look at the verse

“Eyes cannot perceive Him.” They have invented what is called the Bionic eye, which are lenses that, if worn, allow you to see in the dark, and enable the blind to see partially. Perhaps they will invent X-ray glasses instead of large devices tomorrow. Whatever happens, with all these technologies, God Almighty has chosen for humanity not to see Him in this world. And there are people who will never see Him, the disbelievers, unless He, Glory be to Him, wills otherwise in the Hereafter. We, as Muslims, are the kings of faith in the Hereafter, and the believing Muslims are the ones who will see God Almighty on the Day of Resurrection, or rather in Paradise. May God make us among them. So why all this concealment? In the world of people, we are all different: each of us has enemies according to how fruitful our tree is. Some of us deal with enemies with dignity and transcendence, not retaliating, based on the principle of "patience with your enemy is the best way to defeat him." Others are quick to threaten, raise their voices, and redden their eyes with anger at what their enemies do to them. And so on. We are all different. But what is the most perfect thing in this story? That your enemies know nothing about you, so they seethe with the thought that they don't know where their next blow will come from. Isn't that so? God Almighty fears no one, glory be to Him in His exaltedness. But the absolute, perfect stance is for those who rejected His existence in this world. I simply refuse to let you see me on the Day of Judgment, and that's the end of it. Scientifically speaking, you know that donkeys, roosters, cats, and horses have cones in their retinas that allow them to see what we cannot. That's why some of them see angels and some see demons. And what about us? We, the oppressed, see only what God wills us to see. Otherwise, if we were to see the coronavirus, which is claiming our lives one by one, to name just one example, or the parasites living within us, or the bacteria that swarm the air around us, each of us would be carrying a stick to swat flies from our faces, wouldn't we? It is by God's mercy that we do not see our enemies in the universe at all. Be patient, you who wish to see God, for tomorrow is near.

He is All-Seeing, the Subtle, the All-Aware

He is not like us, Glory be to Him, the Exalted. He perceives, and perception is more profound than sight. Nothing is hidden from Him, whether He has created it or not, such as (designer children, hybrid robots, etc.). Yet, He is also Subtle, and out of His Subtlety, Glory be to Him, He perceives everything around you and me. Nothing is hidden from God, and God is Most High and All-Knowing. We are very simple and do not perceive most of what is happening around us, such as the deceptive tactics our enemies employ on our paths or elsewhere. If you are aware of everything happening around you because you work in intelligence, for example, then congratulations to you! May God help you with the amount of information that destroys the soul rather than revives it. However, your perception of things is different from that of the ordinary person walking in the street. If you are among those who are aware in this life, then this is from the Subtlety of God, the Exalted. Your awareness of what is happening around you is a sign of strength of character, not weakness. And to combine awareness of everything happening around you with kindness to your family is from the perfection of God's attributes, the Exalted. So, congratulations to you.

6 - Don't be deceived or misled, for God, in His infinite mercy, will turn your world upside down and make you understand.

God Almighty says:

﴿ أَلَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ ﴾ [الملك: 14]

“Does He who created not know, while He is the Subtle, the Acquainted?” [Al-Mulk: 14]

Does not the Lord of the Worlds know His creation and their affairs, He who created them and perfected their creation and made it beautiful? He is the Subtle One with His servants, the All-Aware of them and their deeds.

A Reflection on the Noble Verse

Are you a craftsman? Are you a father or mother? Can you imagine overlooking something about your newborn, on their body or face, like a mole, for example? Impossible. Even if you were a potter, for example, you know for certain that this piece is worth more money than others because it involved toil and sleepless nights, etc., and that this piece has hidden flaws that no one else knows about. And so on. God Almighty is the one who created you, created us, and created everything in this life. Can you imagine, even just imagine, that He, Glory be to Him, does not know what He created? This is an inappropriate question from you, and a rhetorical question from God, Blessed and Exalted is He. So don't twist or turn it. It is said in our world, the world of people who are on the verge of extinction, that perhaps we are the last inhabitants of the earth who are not hybridized with an animal, a robot, or even anything extra like a transhuman—just a joke, just a joke—don't take it to heart. What is said? He says: You can fool some of the people some of the time, but you can't fool all of the people all of the time. A catchy slogan that we might say while we are already guilty, with complete ease. So, the catchy slogans in this life are for the workers, or no poverty, or zero hunger. When you hear these slogans, you can't help but smile to the point of laughter, until a noble person comes along and takes them out of the circle of catchy slogans into practical mechanisms on the ground. God knows you, knows what is inside you, knows your motives, knows what you intend. Don't underestimate yourself, for you are under our eyes (the eyes of God Almighty) in intensive care.

God Almighty said:

﴿وَهُوَ مَعَكُمْ أَيْنَ مَا كُنْتُمْ﴾

“And He is with you wherever you are.”

He is the One Who created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them in six days. Then He ascended—that is, He rose above all His creation—upon His Throne in a manner befitting His Majesty. He knows what enters the earth, such as grain, rain, and other things, and what comes out of it, such as plants, crops, and fruits. He knows what descends from the sky, such as rain and other things, and what ascends therein, such as angels and deeds. He, Glory be to Him, is with you with His knowledge wherever you are. And God is All-Seeing of your deeds, and He will recompense you for them.

A Glimpse into the Noble Verse

Have you heard of FMRI technology, Voice to Skull (V-K), or other technologies that allow you to hear the thoughts in your head, not the words you are speaking? Surely you have. Is this a matter of time, space, or both? Monday together, God be with you wherever you are, and that's the end of it. Don't you know they've finished a colony on the moon, another on Mars, and are preparing another on Venus? It's a strange world, with countries that are third in the world in diamond exports, and the largest human population on Earth suffering from the greatest famine. Minerals are extracted without the knowledge of their inhabitants, while others enjoy them. There are wars here, there, and everywhere, and we're on the brink of nuclear war. So don't say, "I belong to the most secure society; no one can reach me." Infiltrators reach us from here and there, and we've seen it in our world. So what about a great, wise, and all-knowing God who is with you everywhere, whether you're an astronaut reading this from Mars, or a cosmologist in your lab, or traveling among the planets? Nothing is hidden from this great God that is hidden from us, the weak. It doesn't matter if you don't understand this. It doesn't matter. The important thing is: if I told you, "This bag you're holding is amazing. Where did you buy it?" you'd say, "I woke up and found it right in front of me without even realizing it." I think, "No, I'd accuse you of being crazy, wouldn't I?" Everything has a reason, leading us to believe there is a primary cause that created all this perfect, geometrically precise harmony and cosmic order. Most importantly, know that God Almighty is aware of your affairs, knows your secrets and your public actions, whether you are in a dark room or on a planet. God is with you, and there are no two people without God as their third, nor anything greater or lesser without God being with them. Therefore, it is a sign of strength in your character to let your inner self be like your outer self, because tomorrow, when your history is written and you cannot erase it, nothing will benefit you except that your inner self matches your outer self.

In the hadith narrated by Aisha

the wife of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), on the authority of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), he said: “Kindness is not found in anything except that it beautifies it, and it is not removed from anything except that it disgraces it.”

A Glimpse into the Hadith

There is a story I read—true, by the way—in a newspaper about a woman who had no children, as neither her mother nor father had passed away. She began treating inanimate objects in the house as if they were living beings (which they are indeed, since wood is from trees, for example). Most importantly, she would lift chairs gently and place them gently, close the bedroom door gently, wipe the table softly… and so on. Don't you see how absurd it is? Such is life with its changes. Kindness is an inherent trait in human nature, yet we are the ones who obscure it, becoming harsh with one another. Some people even mistreat a kitten for no other reason than that it was born in the street, not in someone's warm home. Kindness, kindness! We walk on hot, rough roads, and we are likely to fall into potholes sooner or later. Be kind to one another, for the Messenger of Humanity, peace and blessings be upon him, said to you and to us: "Kindness, when placed in something, beautifies it, and when removed from it, makes it ugly." Stand on any form of public transport, and you will see something astonishing: you will see a woman who is very kind to her children, kissing them and stroking their hair every two minutes, and another who slaps them in the face in front of everyone and snatches away their sweets for an unintentional mistake by innocent children. Kindness, kindness! Look at a beautiful woman, and if she speaks harshly and angrily to an employee, a mail carrier, or anyone else whom God has placed under her harsh hand, you will not see the expensive cosmetics, nor will you notice the clothes on which thousands have been spent. You will simply not see You only remember ugliness. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) spoke the truth: "Nothing is removed from anything without blemishing it." Kindness, in its true sense, adds a touch of beauty beyond beauty. Even if beauty is diminished by age or other factors, it conceals a beauty that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) spoke the truth about: "Nothing is found in anything without adorning it." Kindness, however, in some societies has two meanings:

A - Very ordinary gentleness

B - Foolishness

It's up to you and your luck with kindness... May you always be well and kind to yourself and those around you, for it is a trait of strength, not weakness as we once thought.

The Psychology of Gentlness

I think most of us admire strength. It's something we respect in others, desire for ourselves, and wish for our children. However, sometimes I wonder if we confuse strength with other words—like aggression and even violence. True strength is neither masculine nor feminine; it is, quite simply, one of the most remarkable qualities any human being can possess. - Mr. Rogers

Strength is the ability to do things that require significant physical or mental effort. It is the choice to continue enduring the pain, even if it seems unbearable.

The gentleness breeds peace, tranquility, and a stable character. It is neither capricious nor harsh in its response to the world.

The characteristics of a Kind Person

Aware of Their Feelings

We don't always want to confront our true feelings about things. We often rush to embellish and hide our natural emotional response to people and situations. But a kind soul acknowledges the truth of what we feel. If you're sad, you're sad; if you're angry, you're angry. Pretending won't hide it; it will only bring it to the surface. Your emotional response isn't right or wrong; it's real. Learn this language and be honest with yourself about it. Ask yourself, "How do I really feel about what's happening here?"

Utilizing the Space Between Stimulus and Response

Kind people value the time and space between something happening and their response to it. Stephen Covey discusses this in his book, "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People." They are not reactive. They don't react immediately. Instead, they pause and metaphorically step back to ground themselves in that moment between the stimulus (something happening to you) and the response (you decide what to do about it).

They allow themselves to care.

Similar to the first point, another key element of a kind soul is simply acknowledging things and allowing yourself to care for them (others, the world, your hopes and dreams). Perhaps you have been hurt, let down, or deceived in the past. When we isolate ourselves, we abandon our investment and begin to resent the emotional and physical effort we put in. If we are not conscious and do not make a deliberate choice to care, "disconnection" can become the default.

They reflect on everything they experience in life.

Kind souls observe the world. They observe themselves, other people, and the situations they encounter. Reflecting on these things is an important part of learning and growing in the future. The more you deliberately acknowledge your reactions to things, the more control you have over them next time, and the more control you have, the more room you have to choose gentleness.

In summary

Can you even imagine that God Almighty would create something in vain? Impossible, isn't it? Even the most successful people in this life don't waste their time except on something beneficial. So what about the All-Gentle, the All-Knowing, the All-Powerful? Have you ever wondered why He created all this kindness around us, in weak creatures that you can't help but be kind to, unless your heart is incredibly hard? Perhaps the whirlwind of life prevents you from thinking this way, but if you saw a chick, for example, and bought one, and it followed you around the house step by step, how kind would you be to it? Unfortunately, people aren't chicks at all. What a great loss! Is this kindness created amidst this cruel and chaotic human behavior for a reason? God forbid! Of course, for a profound reason. And what is it? We don't have time to ask. To calm your anger, to relieve tension, for therapy, didn't you know that there are therapy horses, cats, dogs, and most pets today are used in psychological treatment for patients (trained animals)? They are among the kindest things that truly heal better than doctors. Don't doubt God's wisdom, don't doubt the value of kindness in this harsh life. If something kind happens to you during your day, as life coaching tells you: "Teachers of life: Capture it in your mind, because you'll remember it in your mind, not on your phone. I'm not saying take a picture and forget the moment, please—capture it in your mind. At the end of the day, the mind filters everything it heard or saw during the day. So, if you have many kind moments, sleep kindly and wake up not harming others. Before bed, watch pets with children, with calming music or the Quran. The most important thing is to be kind. Life isn't full of Gentle people... May you always be well.
