الفساد كلمة غير محببة للنفس، يكرهها الصغير قبل الكبير، فلو قلت لأحدهم أنت فاسد ربما يتشاجر معك أو يؤذيك أو يهاجمك أو أو، ولو كان فاسداً حقاً، هل الله تعالي ذكر الفساد في القرآن الكريم، وما هي انواعه التي ذكرها الله تعالي؟ وهل الرسول صلي الله عليه وسلم ذكر الفساد ، وهل للإمام البخاري حديث يتحدث عن الفساد، دعنا نستعرض ذلك سويا من خلال هذا الفيديو، ثبت في صحيح البخاري عن عبد الله بن عباس -رضي الله عنهما- قال: (أنَّ رَسولَ اللَّهِ -صَلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ- خَطَبَ النَّاسَ يَومَ النَّحْرِ، فَقالَ: يا أيُّها النَّاسُ أيُّ يَومٍ هذا؟ قالوا: يَوْمٌ حَرَامٌ، قالَ: فأيُّ بَلَدٍ هذا؟، قالوا: بَلَدٌ حَرَامٌ، قالَ: فأيُّ شَهْرٍ هذا؟، قالوا: شَهْرٌ حَرَامٌ، قالَ: فإنَّ دِمَاءَكُمْ وأَمْوَالَكُمْ وأَعْرَاضَكُمْ علَيْكُم حَرَامٌ، كَحُرْمَةِ يَومِكُمْ هذا، في بَلَدِكُمْ هذا، في شَهْرِكُمْ هذا... إلي آخر الحديث

ما هو اليوم الحرام؟

يوم النحر ، أي يوم العاشر من شهر ذي الحجة وهو من الأشهر الحرم

ومعروف عند المسلمين أن الأشهر الحُرم لا تظلم فيهم أحد وخاصة نفسك، يقول تعالي (فلا تظلموا فيها أنفسكم) أي بارتكاب المعاصي، وكما أن الحسنات ثوابها مضاعف في هذه الأشهر، فإن الذنوب لها نفس الشيء مضاعفة بالقياس العقلي . ولماذا السؤال من رسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم وهو يعلم علم اليقين الشهر واليوم والبلد؟ للفت الإنتباه – لإنباه الغافل – لتعليم الناس فالسؤال مفتاح المعرفة، الأهم: أن لفت الإنتباه ليس في الأزمنة والأمكنة وحسب، لا بل في انفسكم إن جواب السؤال يكمن في (فإنَّ دِمَاءَكُمْ وأَمْوَالَكُمْ وأَعْرَاضَكُمْ علَيْكُم حَرَامٌ) وهي كلها علاقات، فلن تسفك دم احد إلا بعلاقة معه أو حتي ضده، ولن تستبيح ماله بسرقة أو رشوة أو غير ذلك إلا لأنك لا تؤمن بحرمة الأشهر الحرم، وهكذا ... إذن الحديث الشريف خرج من دائرة الأشياء إلي دائرة العلاقات وهي من أنواع الفساد، فما هو الفساد وهل له أنواع وكيف تحدث الله تبارك وتعالي عليه في القرآن. دعنا نستعرض بعض المعاني فقط حول هذا الموضوع

قال تعالي

فَلَوۡلَا كَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡقُرُونِ مِن قَبۡلِكُمۡ أُوْلُواْ بَقِيَّةٖ يَنۡهَوۡنَ عَنِ ٱلۡفَسَادِ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗا مِّمَّنۡ أَنجَيۡنَا مِنۡهُمۡۗ وَٱتَّبَعَ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ مَآ أُتۡرِفُواْ فِيهِ وَكَانُواْ مُجۡرِمِينَ (116) وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ لِيُهۡلِكَ ٱلۡقُرَىٰ بِظُلۡمٖ وَأَهۡلُهَا مُصۡلِحُونَ (117)

إطلالة حول الآية الكريمة

فَلَوۡلَا كَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡقُرُونِ مِن قَبۡلِكُمۡ

أي لولا البقية التي نهت عن جزء من الفساد من الأمم السابقة ما عرفنا نتعامل مع الفساد في حياتنا نحن كأمة ، كل أمة من الأمم السابقة أُمرت أمر سماوي أن تنهي عن الفساد في الأرض ولسنا نحن كمسلمين المتفردين بهذا ، فهذا قوم صالح أفسدوا فساد ديني بذبح الناقة ، وقوم شعيب أهلكوا بسبب أنه لا أحد ينهاهم غير شعيب عليه السلام عن التطفيف في الميزان، وهذا قوم لوط وهذا قوم ذا النون وغيرهم ، فمن سنن الله الكونية التدافع بين الناس ، والحياة ليست بلون واحد بل ألوان ومن ضمن الألوان الشر ، والخير ، وبينهما مسافة فيها يستريح الناس من عناء التدافع ، فالحياة ليست متقابلات بمعني أن هناك فساد ممكن يتعايش معه إلي أن ينتهي وهناك فساد لابد من الوقوف كلنا امامه صف واحد لا يتخلف منا أحد .

أُوْلُواْ بَقِيَّةٖ ينۡهَوۡنَ عَنِ ٱلۡفَسَادِ في الأرض إلا قليلا ممن أنجينا منهم

ماذا يقصد الله تعالي بأولوا بقية من الأمم السابقة تنهي عن الفساد في الأرض، يقول الغرب Old is Gold أو القديم ذهب ، الله تعالي يقصد أن قليل من الأمم السابقة من نهي عن الفساد في الأرض، وبما ان الناس تتوارث الحظوظ وتتوارث السلوك وتتوارث الجينات، إذن سيبقي في أمة سيدنا محمد أيضا "أولوا بقية ينهون عن الفساد في الأرض" أي في كل زمن سيظهر قلة تنهي عن الفساد، وأنت ربما خبير ان المسلمين اليوم يمثلوا في العالم مالا يزيد عن 25 % من سكان الأرض أي اقل من الثلث ، إذن الأغلبية الساحقة غير مسلمين، فهل علي هذا الثلث تصليح ما يفسده الثلثين، أم أن المسلمين انفسهم ليسوا كلهم علي جادة الصواب فنقسم الــ 25 % 3 اقسام والثلث فقط حوالي 3.8% هم من المفترض أن ينهوا عن الفساد بين المسلمين ، بالطبع هذه حسبة غير موثقة وغير مبنية علي علم دنيوي أو ديني ، ولكن فكر في الأمر مليا، ستجد أنه اي مكان به مسلمين وغير مسلمين، ستجد المسلمين الملتزمين بدينهم قلة بالنسبة للبقية حتي لو كانوا مسلمين ايضا، وعلي هذه القلة تقع عاتق انهاء الفساد في هذه المنطقة، سواء هذا في بيئة عمل – علاقات شخصية – علاقات تجارية أو حتي علاقات بين دول ... دعنا نكمل الآية الكريمة وانت ستكتشف المعني بنفسك.

وَٱتَّبَعَ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ مَآ أُتۡرِفُواْ فِيهِ وَكَانُواْ مُجۡرِمِينَ

من هم الذين ظلموا، وظلموا من؟ ظلموا انفسهم بتركهم الفساد يستشري حولهم وقالوا: ليس لنا دخل، أم ظلموا الناس وكانوا هم هم من يظلمون الناس؟ يبدوا من صريح الآية أنهم ظلموا أنفسهم بتركهم الظلم والفساد يستشري من حولهم لماذا لأنهم (تتبعوا ما أُترفوا فيه) وقفة مع الترف ثم نواصل، ما هو الترف: يقال ترِف الشَّخصُ: اي تنعّم، وعاش في رفاهِيَة، فكرة أكل ما تشتهون تشترون؟ سواء مأكل أو ملبس أو استهلاك في اي منحي من مناحي الحياة، وما العيب في ذلك؟ الله وصف هؤلاء الناس الذين لا يبالون بمصالح الناس أو في قدرتهم ان ينهوا عن الفساد واختاروا وآثروا السلامة: وصفهم بالإجرام سماهم "مجرمين"

وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ لِيُهۡلِكَ ٱلۡقُرَىٰ بِظُلۡمٖ وَأَهۡلُهَا مُصۡلِحُونَ (117)

ليس وأهلها مؤمنون – ليس وأهلها صالحون، بل وأهلها مصلحون، هؤلاء فقط هم الفرقة الناجية من وجهة نظر الله تعالي ، دعني أعطيك مثال: أنت صاحب مستشفي خاص في الباطن، وانت مدير مستشفي حكومي في الظاهر: أهذا نوع من الفساد أم لا تعتبره فساد من الأساس؟ ومررت شحنة دم فاسدة لهذا المستشفي الحكومي للغلابة مقابل امتيازات لصالح مستشفاك الخاص؟ أهذا فساد أم ليس بفساد؟

إذن الخلاصة

كونك مُصلح ( إن أريد إلا الإصلاح ما استطعت ) ليست بمزاجك ، ولكنك لو لم تكن مصلح ، أثبت علي نفسك أنك صاحب مصالح شخصية مُترف فيها وتتحول بين عشية وضحاها أمام الله تبارك وتعالي إلي إنسان مجرم .

تحدثنا في الفيديو السابق عن أن الله تعالي لا يحب المفسدين وتحدث في اكثر من آية عن النهي عن الفساد في الأرض وأنه سبحانه يحب المصلحين وهم قلة في هذه الحياة، أذكر نفسي واياك بسيدنا عمر بن الخطاب وهو يطوف بالكعبة مرة من المرات فإذا بأعرابي يدعو عند استار الكعبة ويقول: (اللهم اجعلني من الأقلين) فأوقفه سيدنا عمر بن الخطاب وقال له (وما الأقلون) قال الرأعرابي: ألم تسمع قوله تعالي ( وما آمن معه إلا قليل ) وعد له عدة آيات قريبة من المعني، فبكي عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه وقال قولته المشهورة: (كل الناس افقه من عمر) الآن ... دعنا نستعرض أنواع الفساد المعروفة في دنيا الناس وهل هي هي ما يقول الله تعالي ظهر الفساد في البر والبحر أم لا؟ دعنا نستعرض كل نوع علي حدي فهيا بنا.

إذن هل تحدث الإسلام عن كل أنواع الفساد هذه ولربما غيرها في القرآن ؟ نعم دعنا نتعرف علي واحد تلو الآخر سويا

اﻟﻔﺴﺎد اﻹداري

يحدث الفساد الإداري عندما ينحرف المسؤولون أو الإداريون العموميون عن المصلحة العامة سعياً وراء منافع شخصية أو خاصة، مما يشكل إساءة استخدام للسلطة.

مثال من القرآن

هامان (وزير فرعون)

أو قل هو رئيس الوزراء في عهد فرعون، وكانت نخبة فرعون كلها مترفة وفاسدة، ووظيفته في هذا المنصب كانت تُحتم عليه نصيحة فرعون الذي كان يدعي الإلوهية بأن هذا غير صحيح، للدرجة التي تعالي فرعون في نرجسيته وطلب من هامان أن يبني له مبني عالي ليصعد للسماء ليري ايوجد إله غيره أم لا، شيء مفسد للغاية ولم يجد من هامان ما يصده عن استعباد بني اسرائيل أو تغذية اطعام التخمة في النخبة التي حوله .

إساءة استخدام السلطة العامة (الحكومية) لأهداف غير مشروعة وعادة ما تكون سرية لتحقيق مكاسب شخصية

يشير الفساد الاجتماعي إلى ترسيخ الممارسات الفاسدة ضمن المعايير والسلوكيات المجتمعية، حيث يتم تطبيع الفساد واستمراره من خلال التوقعات المشتركة والضغوط الاجتماعية. ونفهم من هذا ان المرء يبحث عن القبول الإجتماعي من المجموع

هناك أمثلة كثيرة مثل قصة شعيب عليه السلام في تطفيف قومه في الميزان هذا فساد اجتماعي واي احد يحاول الخروج عن التطفيف سيتعرض للإنعزال الإجتماعي بدلا من القبول الإجتماعي والقرآن ملييء بهذا لكننا سنعرض مثال ربما يكون مخفي علي بعض الناس وهو (الأسرة العنكبوتية) إن صح الإسم وهي اسرة العنكبوت ، الله تعالي قال في سورة العنكبوت: ( مَثَلُ الَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُوا مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ أَوْلِيَاءَ كَمَثَلِ الْعَنكَبُوتِ اتَّخَذَتْ بَيْتًا ۖ وَإِنَّ أَوْهَنَ الْبُيُوتِ لَبَيْتُ الْعَنكَبُوتِ ۖ لَوْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ)) لاحظ عدة اشياء في هذه الآية الكريمة

1- لفظ اتخذت: بالتاء المفتوحة ومعني هذا ان الله تعالي يتحدث عن انثي العنكبوت وليس علي ذكر العنكبوت

2- الله تعالي اخبرنا أن أوهن البيوت بيت العنكبوت: هل هذا تشريحيا أم ماذا؟

دعنا نجيب علي السؤال الأول أولا

يجيب علماء التشريح وغيرهم: أن انثي العنكبوت هي من تبني البيت وعندما تلقح من ذكر العنكبوت تقتله، لذا تلقب بعض انواع انثي العنكبوت بالأرملة السوداء، وعندما تلد الأولاد يتشاجروا مع بعضهم البعض علي الطعام ويقتل بعضهم بعضا والبقاء في هذه الحالة للأقوي ، ثم ما يلبثوا أن يقتلوا الأم.

الإجابة علي السؤال الثاني

هل بيت العنكبوت تشريحيا يعد من أوهن البيوت؟ لا بل بالعكس من ذلك، فبعض العلماء يصفه بأنه أقوي من الفولاذ والتيتانيوم مع بعضهم البعض ، وانظر لقوة تحمله إذا اصطاد فريسة اكبر منه وبكثير – هذه الخيوط الرقيقة في عينك هي من اقوي انواع الخيوط تشريحيا

والسؤال الذي يتبادر للذهن: ماذا يقصد الله تبارك وتعالي إذن بأهوهن البيوت: نظن أن هذا البيت اوهن البيوت اجتماعياً، أم لا تريد إلا الإنجاب وبعدها لا حاجة لها لزوج، ثم تقتل الزوج ثم يراها الأولاد علي ذلك فيشعرن ان ذلك هو الأساس، فيتقاتلوا علي الطعام وينتهي المطاف بقتلها هي الأخري، بيت مهلهل اجتماعياً، والله أعلي واعلم.

التلاعب بالتعاليم الدينية لتحقيق مكاسب شخصية، وسوء السلوك المالي من قبل رجال الدين، واستغلال الأتباع

مثال من القرآن

كل مات حرم الله تعالي علي المسلمين، وجاء فيه تحريم صريح مثل

السرقة – الزنا – القمار – القتل – شرب الخمر – أكل المحرمات مثل الخنزير أو شرب الدم كما بعض القبائل البربرية أو غير ذلك.

اﻟﻔﺴﺎد اﻟﻤﺎﻟﻲ

يشمل الفساد المالي إساءة استخدام السلطة لتحقيق مكاسب شخصية، غالبًا من خلال الرشوة والاختلاس وغسل الأموال وغيرها من الأنشطة المالية غير المشروعة، مما يُخلّف آثارًا اقتصادية واجتماعية واسعة النطاق.

مثال من القرآن

قارون: قارون كان ابن عم موسي عليه السلام وكان عنده علم من التوراة، وكان صوته نديا بالتوراة، وقوم موسي اليهود الذين عاشوا بمصر كانوا عبيد عند فرعون ونخبته ، وقارون بعد ان بني نفسه أصبح من أثرياء بني اسرائيل، ولكنه لم يرحم ضعفاء بني اسرائيل ، بل كان يتباهي امامهم بما حباه الله من مال وزينة. وهو صورة للفساد المالي ليس لأنه ثري بل للترف الذي كان يعيش فيه في تلك الآونة التاريخية مثل أن عشرة رجال أقوياء كانوا لا يستطيعون حمل مجرد مفاتيح خزانته التي يحتفظ فيها بأمواله ومجموهراته، فأشار القرآن لقصته علي انها مثال الفساد المالي من وجهة نظر الإسلام.

وأمثلة اخري تتمثل في تحريم الربا – تحريم أكل أموال الناس بالباطل – تحريم الإحتكار وغيرها

الفساد في البحر أو سمه الفساد البيئي

الفساد البيئي هو إساءة استخدام السلطة أو الموارد العامة لاستغلال الموارد الطبيعية بشكل غير قانوني، مما يقوض النظم البيئية والعمل المناخي والتنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية.

الملابس السريعة

قال تعالي

يا بني آدم قد أنزلنا عليكم لباسا يواري سوآتكم وريشا ولباس التقوى ذلك خير ذلك

والآية الكريمة تخبرنا أن ان الملابس لابد أن تكون محتشمة وفي نفس الوقت (ريشا) تدل علي الملابس الأكثر فخامة من مجرد الإحتشام ، ولكن ربما استخدام الله تعالي للفظ الريش يعني به الملابس المستدامة من الأقمشة التي تحافظ علي البيئة ولا تفسدها، هذا مجرد معني يتبادر للذهن بعد معرفة أن هناك مصطلح بيئي مشهور وهو (الملابس السريعة) ومعناه شيئين باختصار استخدام العمالة الرخيصة والبيع بأعلي الأسعار لأعلي البراندات العالمية + استخدام العبيد ، فعبيد اليوم الذين يصل اعدادهم فوق 10 ملايين شخص معظهم نساء وأطفال ، الأهم أن من انواع عبودية اليوم: العمالة الرخيصة أو العمالة من أجل الدَّين

الصيد الجائر

هو الصيد في أعالي البحار، حيث تنتشر السفن العملاقة والشباك الهائلة فتصطاد كبار السمك وأغلبه في تيار الماء السريع، ثم ينتهي الأمر بصغار الصيادين علي السواحل باصطياد اسماك اصغر حجما واقل كمية.

في المسند وغيره أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال

من احتكر طعاماً أربعين ليلة فقد برئ من الله تعالى، وبرئ الله تعالى منه. وأيما أهل عرصة أصبح فيهم امرؤ جائع فقد برئت منهم ذمة الله.

الخطف أو ما يسميه الغرب Kidnapping

حيث من يذهب ليصطاد أو يذهب في اعالي البحار ليعمل كفرصة عمل يتخيل ان يأتي له منها الخير، يجد نفسه واقع في شبكات الخطف العابرة للقارات ومن يعترض ممكن أن يقال في اعالي البحار ولا يعرف عنه احد بعد ذلك

في النهاية

نرجوا أن نكون غطينا جزء من الفساد المستشري في كل مكان وفي كل منحي من مناحي الحياة تقريبا وتذكر اخي المستمع الكريم قوله تعالي

فَلَوْلَا كَانَ مِنَ الْقُرُونِ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ أُولُو بَقِيَّةٍ يَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْفَسَادِ فِي الْأَرْضِ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا مِمَّنْ أَنْجَيْنَا مِنْهُمْ وَاتَّبَعَ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا مَا أُتْرِفُوا فِيهِ وَكَانُوا مُجْرِمِينَ

ففقط تذكر أن الله تعالي وصف من لا يتصدي للفساد الذي حوله – أي نوع من الفساد – بالإجرام، ومن يفعل فهو من الفرقة الناجية في نظر الله تعالي

It is narrated in Sahih al-Bukhari on the authority of Abdullah ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, that he said: “The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, addressed the people on the Day of Sacrifice, saying: ‘O people, what day is this?’ They said: ‘A sacred day.’ He said: ‘What land is this?’ They said: ‘A sacred land.’ He said: ‘What month is this?’ They said: ‘A sacred month.’ He said: ‘Indeed, your blood, your wealth, and your honor are sacred to you, just as this day of yours is sacred, in this land of yours, in This month of yours... to the end of the hadith.

It is well-known among Muslims that during the sacred months, one should not wrong anyone, especially oneself. God Almighty says, "So do not wrong yourselves therein" (Quran 3:39), meaning by committing sins. Just as good deeds are rewarded manifold during these months, so too are sins multiplied, according to logical reasoning.

Why did the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) ask this question when he knew the month, day, and place with absolute certainty? It was to draw attention—to awaken the heedless—to teach people. Questioning is the key to knowledge. Most importantly, this drawing attention is not only to times and places, but also to yourselves, the answer lies in the verse, "Indeed, your blood, your wealth, and your honor are sacred to you." These are all relationships. You would not shed someone's blood except through a relationship with them, or even against them. You would not seize their wealth through theft, bribery, or anything else except because you do not believe in the sanctity of the sacred months. Thus, the hadith moves from the realm of things to the realm of relationships, which are forms of corruption. So, what is corruption? Does it have different types, and how did God Almighty address it in the Quran? Let's just look at some of the meanings related to this topic.

Allah Almighty says

فَلَوۡلَا كَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡقُرُونِ مِن قَبۡلِكُمۡ أُوْلُواْ بَقِيَّةٖ يَنۡهَوۡنَ عَنِ ٱلۡفَسَادِ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗا مِّمَّنۡ أَنجَيۡنَا مِنۡهُمۡۗ وَٱتَّبَعَ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ مَآ أُتۡرِفُواْ فِيهِ وَكَانُواْ مُجۡرِمِينَ (116) وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ لِيُهۡلِكَ ٱلۡقُرَىٰ بِظُلۡمٖ وَأَهۡلُهَا مُصۡلِحُونَ (117)

“Why then were there not among the generations before you those of sound understanding forbidding corruption on earth, except for a few of those whom We saved from among them? But those who wronged followed what they were given of luxury, and they were criminals. (116) And your Lord would not destroy the towns unjustly while their people were reformers. (117)”

A glimpse into The Noble Verse

“If only there had been among the generations before you…”

That is, if it weren’t for the remnants of previous nations who forbade some forms of corruption, we wouldn’t know how to deal with corruption in our lives as a nation. Every nation before us was divinely commanded to forbid corruption on Earth, and we Muslims are not unique in this. For example, the people of Salih committed religious corruption by slaughtering the she-camel, and the people of Shu’ayb were destroyed because no one but Shu’ayb, peace be upon him, forbade them from cheating in weights and measures. There were also the people of Lot, the people of Jonah, and others. It is a universal law of God that there are interaction and conflict among people. Life is not a single color, but rather a spectrum of colors, including good and evil. Between these two lies a space where people can rest from the struggle. Life is not a matter of opposing forces, meaning that there is corruption that can be tolerated until it ends, and there is corruption that we must all stand against, united, without exception.

Those of sound judgment who forbid corruption on earth, except for a few of those whom We saved from among them.

What does God Almighty mean by "those of sound judgment" from the previous nations who forbid corruption on earth? The West says, "Old is Gold." God Almighty means that only a few from the previous nations forbade corruption on earth. Since people inherit fortunes, behaviors, and genes, then there will also remain in the nation of our Prophet Muhammad "those of sound judgment who forbid corruption on earth." That is, in every era, a minority will appear who forbid corruption. You are probably aware that Muslims today represent no more than 25% of the world's population, less than a third. So, the overwhelming majority are non-Muslims. Is it incumbent upon this third to rectify what the other two-thirds corrupt? Or are not all Muslims themselves on the right path? Should we divide the 25% into three parts, and only the third, about 3.8%, are supposed to forbid corruption among Muslims? Of course, this This is an undocumented calculation, not based on worldly or religious knowledge. But think about it carefully. You will find that in any place where there are Muslims and non-Muslims, you will find that Muslims who are committed to their religion are a minority compared to the rest, even if they are also Muslims. And on this minority falls the burden of ending corruption in this aria, whether this is in the work environment, personal relationships, business relationships, or even relations between countries... Let us complete the verse and you will discover the meaning for yourself.

And those who wronged followed what they were given of luxury, and they were criminals

Who are those who wronged, and whom did they wrong? Did they wrong themselves by allowing corruption to spread around them and saying, "It's not our business," or did they wrong others, and were they the ones who wronged others? It seems from the explicit meaning of the verse that they wronged themselves by allowing injustice and corruption to spread around them. Why? Because they followed what they were given of luxury. Let's pause here to consider luxury, then we'll continue. What is luxury? It is said that a person lives in luxury, meaning they enjoy themselves and live in comfort. The idea of ​​eating whatever you desire and buying it? Whether it's food, clothing, or consumption in any aspect of life, what is wrong with that? God described those people who disregard the interests of others or are incapable of preventing corruption, choosing instead to prioritize their own safety: He described them as criminals, calling them "criminals."

And your Lord would not destroy the towns unjustly while their people were reformers." (117)

 It's not just that their people were believers—not just that their people were righteous—but rather that their people were reformers. These alone are the saved group from God's perspective. Let me give you an example: You own a private hospital in secret, and you are the director of a public hospital in public. Is this a form of corruption, or do you not consider it corruption at all? And you diverted a shipment of contaminated blood to this public hospital for the poor in exchange for privileges for your private hospital? Is this corruption, or is it not?

So, the conclusion

Being a reformer (I only want reform as much as I am able) is not a matter of personal preference, but if you are not a reformer, you prove to yourself that you are a person with extravagant personal interests and you will turn overnight before God Almighty into a criminal.

In the previous video, we discussed how God Almighty does not love those who spread corruption. He spoke in several verses about the prohibition of corruption on Earth and that He loves those who strive for righteousness, though they are few in this life. I remind myself and you of the story of Umar ibn al-Khattab, who was circumambulating the Kaaba once when a Bedouin was praying near the Kaaba's curtains, saying, "O God, make me one of the few." Umar ibn al-Khattab stopped him and asked, "And who are the few?" The Bedouin replied, "Have you not heard God Almighty's words, 'And none believed with him except a few'?" He then cited several verses with similar meaning. Umar ibn al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, wept and uttered his famous saying, "Everyone is more knowledgeable than Umar." Now, let's examine the types of corruption known in the world and see if they are what God Almighty refers to when He says, "Corruption has appeared on land and sea," or not. Let's examine each type individually.

So, did Islam address all these types of corruption, and perhaps others as well, in the Quran? Yes, let's get to know them one by one together.

The Administrative Corruption

The administrative corruption occurs when public officials or administrators deviate from the public interest in pursuit of personal or private gain, constituting an abuse of power.

The Example from the Quran: Haman (Pharaoh's Minister)

Or rather, he was the prime minister during Pharaoh's reign. Pharaoh's elite were all extravagant and corrupt. Haman's role in this position required him to advise Pharaoh, who claimed divinity, that this was untrue. Pharaoh, in his narcissism, demanded that Haman build him a tall structure so he could ascend to the heavens and see if there was a god other than himself. This was a highly corrupting act, and Haman did nothing to stop Pharaoh from enslaving the Israelites or from feeding the gluttony of the elite around him.

The Political corruption

 The abuse of public (governmental) power for illegitimate and usually covert purposes to achieve personal gain.

The Example from the Quran

 Pharaoh... previously explained in connection with Haman.

The Social corruption

Social corruption refers to the entrenchment of corrupt practices within societal norms and behaviors, where corruption is normalized and perpetuated through shared expectations and social pressures. From this, we understand that a person seeks social acceptance from the group.

An example from the Quran

 There are many examples, such as the story of Shu'ayb (peace be upon him) and his people's cheating in weights and measures. This is social corruption, and anyone who tries to avoid cheating will face social isolation instead of social acceptance. The Quran is full of such examples, but we will present an example that may be hidden from some people, which is the "spider web" (if the name is correct). God Almighty said in Surah Al-Ankabut: "The parable of those who take protectors other than God is that of the spider, who builds a house. And indeed, the weakest of houses is the house of the spider, if only they knew." Note several things in this noble verse.

1- The word "Etakhtadh" (تأخذ) with an open "ta" (تاء مفتوحة) indicates that God Almighty is speaking about the female spider, not the male.

2- God Almighty told us that the spider's web is the weakest of houses: Is this anatomically accurate, or what?

Let's answer the first question first

 Anatomists and others explain that the female spider builds the web, and when she mates with the male, she kills him. This is why some types of female spiders are called black widows. When they give birth, the offspring fight each other over food, sometimes killing each other, with only the strongest surviving. Eventually, they may even kill the mother.

The answer to the second question

Is the spider's web anatomically considered one of the weakest houses? On the contrary, some scientists describe it as stronger than steel and titanium combined. Consider its endurance when it catches prey much larger than itself – these delicate threads in your eye are among the strongest types of threads anatomically.

The question that comes to mind is

 what does God Almighty mean by "the weakest of houses"? Do we think this refers to a house that is socially weak, or one where the mother desires only to have children and then has no need for a husband? She might then kill her husband, and the children, witnessing this, might come to believe it's the norm, leading to fights over food and ultimately her death. Such a house is socially fragile. And God knows best.

The Religious Corruption

Manipulation of religious teachings for personal gain, financial misconduct by religious figures, and exploitation of followers.

The example from the Quran

All that God Almighty has forbidden for Muslims, and which is explicitly prohibited, such as:

Theft, adultery, gambling, murder, drinking alcohol, consuming forbidden things like pork, or drinking blood, as practiced by some barbaric tribes, and other similar practices.

The Environmental Corruption

We will discuss this in the Quran's unique mention of it in the verse:

The Financial Corruption

Financial corruption includes the abuse of power for personal gain, often through bribery, embezzlement, money laundering, and other illicit financial activities, resulting in widespread economic and social consequences.

An example from the Quran

 Qarun: Qarun was a cousin of Moses (peace be upon him) and possessed knowledge of the Torah. His voice was melodious when reciting it. Moses' people, the Jews who lived in Egypt, were slaves to Pharaoh and his elite. After building his fortune, Qarun became one of the wealthiest men among the Israelites, but he showed no mercy to the weak among them. Instead, he boasted before them about the wealth and adornments God had bestowed upon him. He is an example of financial corruption, not because of his wealth, but because of the extravagance he lived in at that time. For instance, ten strong men could not carry even the keys to his treasury, where he kept his money and jewels. The Quran refers to his story as an example of financial corruption from an Islamic perspective.

Other examples include the prohibition of usury, the prohibition of unjustly acquiring people's wealth, the prohibition of monopolies, and others.

The corruption in the sea

or what is called environmental corruption: Environmental corruption is the abuse of power or public resources to exploit natural resources illegally, thereby undermining ecosystems, climate action, and socio-economic development.

Some quick examples

The Fast Clothing

God Almighty said

يا بني آدم قد أنزلنا عليكم لباسا يواري سوآتكم وريشا ولباس التقوى ذلك خير ذلك

 “O Children of Adam, We have bestowed upon you clothing to conceal your private parts and as adornment. But the clothing of righteousness - that is best.” This noble verse tells us that clothing must be modest, and at the same time, “adornment” refers to clothing that is more luxurious than mere modesty. However, perhaps God Almighty’s use of the word “adornment” refers to sustainable clothing made from fabrics that protect the environment and do not harm it. This is just one interpretation that comes to mind after learning about the well-known environmental term “fast clothing,” which essentially means two things: the use of cheap labor and selling at exorbitant prices to top international brands, plus the use of slaves. Today, there are over 10 million slaves, most of whom are women and children. Most importantly, one of the forms of modern slavery is cheap labor or labor for debt.

The Overfishing

This refers to fishing in the high seas, where giant ships and enormous nets catch large fish, mostly caught in fast-moving currents. Then, small-scale fishermen on the coasts end up catching smaller fish in smaller quantities.

In the Musnad and other sources

 it is narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Whoever hoards food for forty nights has disavowed God Almighty, and God Almighty has disavowed him. And any people in a community among whom there is a hungry person have forfeited God’s protection.”

The Kidnapping

Is a widespread problem. Those who go fishing or to sea seeking work, hoping for a better life, find themselves caught in transnational kidnapping networks. Anyone who objects might be lost at sea, never to be heard from again.

In conclusion

 we hope we have covered a portion of the rampant corruption that permeates almost every aspect of life. Remember, dear listener, the words of God Almighty:

"Why then were there not among the generations before you those of sound understanding forbidding corruption on earth, except for a few of those whom We saved from among them? But those who wronged followed what they were given of luxury, and they were criminals."

Just remember that God Almighty described those who... He confronts the corruption that surrounds him – any kind of corruption – with criminality, and whoever does so is among the saved sect in the sight of God Almighty.
