Water Waste and Carbon Footprint الإسراف في الماء و البصمة الكربونية

 أولاً: القرآن الكريم

قال تعالي

{وَجَعَلْنَا مِنَ الْمَاءِ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ حَيٍّ}[الأنبياء: 30]

قال تعالي

 {وَاللَّهُ خَلَقَ كُلَّ دَابَّةٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ} [النور: 45].

قال بعض العلماء

قد أثبت علم الخلية أنَّ الماء هو المكون المهمُّفي تركيب مادتها، وهي وحدة البناء في تركيب الكائن الحي نباتًا كان أو حيوانًا، كما أثبت علم الكيمياء الحيويَّة أنَّ الماء لازمٌ لحدوث جميع التفاعلات والتحولات التي تتمُّ داخل أجسام الأحياء، فهو -الماء- إمَّا وسط، أو عامل مساعد، أو داخل في التفاعل، أو ناتج عنه.

علميًّا

فإنَّ الماء يمثل من50% إلى 95% من وزن الكائن الحي؛ أي أن الماء يُمَثِّل –في أقلِّ الأحوال- نصف وزن الكائن الحي، ويبلغ الماء من وزن الإنسان نسبة 65الشاهد

ثانياً: الأحاديث الشريفة

الحديث الأول

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ رضي الله عنهما: «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّ بِسَعْدٍ وَهُوَ يَتَوَضَّأُ فَقَالَ: مَا هَذَا السَّرَفُ يَا سَعْدُ؟ قَالَ: أَفِي الْوُضُوءِ سَرَفٌ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، وَإِنْ كُنْتَ عَلَى نَهْرٍ جَارٍ»

التعليق

نخفض من بصمتنا الكربونية التي لم يعرفها العلماء إلا مؤخراً بعد ما أهلكت الحياة علي الكوكب وتغير المناخ وزاد الإحترار العالمي .

الحديث الثاني

قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم "الْمُسْلِمُونَ شُرَكَاءُ فِي ثَلاَثٍ: الْمَاءِ،والكلأ، وَالنَّارِ"

الكلأ: العشب - الحشيش - الهشيم

التعليق

1 - حرمة محاولة الاستحواذ على ماء عامٍّ، أوعلى بئرٍ ثم مَنْع الناس من الانتفاع بها، أمَّا البئر المملوكة في الأرض المملوكة فلا شيء فيه

2 - حرمة الإستحواذ علي الكلأ وهو العُشب الذي تأكل منه الأنعام والماشية

3 -حرمة الإستحواذ علي النار أو الحطب

 الحديث الثالث

عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال:قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "ثَلاَثَةٌ لاَ يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللهُ، وَلاَ ينْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ، وَلاَ يُزَكِّيهِمْ، وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ: رَجُلٌ عَلَى فضْلِ مَاءٍ بِطَرِيقٍ يَمْنَعُ مِنْهُ ابْنَ السَّبِيلِ، وَرَجُلٌ بَايَعَ رَجُلاً لاَ يُبَايِعُهُ إِلاَّ لِلدُّنْيَا، فَإِنْ أَعْطَاهُ مَا يُرِيدُ وَفَى لَهُ، وَإِلاَّ لمْ يَفِ لَهُ، وَرَجُلٌ سَاوَمَ رَجُلاً بِسِلْعَةٍ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ، فَحَلَفَ بِاللهِ لقَدْ أَعْطَى بِهَا كَذَا وَكَذَا فَأَخَذَهَا".

وفي رواية أخرى عند البخاري

"فَيَقُولُ اللهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ: الْيَوْمَ أَمْنَعُكَ فَضْلِي؛ كَمَا مَنَعْتَ فَضْلَ مَا لَمْ تَعْمَلْ يَدَاكَ"

وقال المناوي

ومعنى:"عَلَى فَضْلِ مَاءٍ". أي: له ماءٌ فاضلٌ عن كفايته، فيمنعه من المسافر المضطر للماء لنفسه أو لحيوانٍ معه.

ثالثاً: ما هي البصمة الكربونية؟

البصمة الكربونية لكل شخص أو شركة أو نشاط هي حساب للتأثير البشري على تغير المناخ وتلوث الهواء والماء وتلوث الموارد الطبيعية 

 الشاهد من كل ما سبق

إستهلاكك اليومي في البلدان المتقدمة يحسب كل استهلاك من قطعة اللحم التي تأكلها إلي استخدام الكهرباء - الماء - الطاقة ...الخ - لسنا هنا بصدد الحديث عن هذا ، بل كل ما نريد قوله: أن إسرافك في المياه وهناك ناس علي نفس الكوكب لا تشرب المياه النظيفة ، ولا تستطيع الوصول إليها ، والرسول - صلي الله عليه وسلم كلامه واضح لا يحمل معنيين في حديث سعد - رضي الله عنه - (الإسراف حتي علي النهر الجار ) لأنه ربما احتاج أخيك في بلد آخر علي نفس هذا النهر الماء ولا يستطيع الوصول إليه بسبب اتفاقات سياسية أو غير ذلك ، أو لربما بسبب تغير المناخ ، قلت حصة كل إنسان من المياه في أماكن معينة دون غيرها في نفس البلد حيث يحرم الضعيف لحساب الغني، فليس من حقك أن تسرف في الماء لمجرد أنك تريد أن تنتقم من اتفاقات سياسية جائرة، فأنت غير مسؤول عنها، لكنك مسؤول عن فعلك في اسرافك بالماء وغداً الحساب فردي وليس جماعي.

First: The Holy Quran

God Almighty said

{وجعلنا من الماء كل شيء حي} [الأنبياء: 30]

{And We made from water every living thing} [Al-Anbiya: 30]

God Almighty said

 {وَاللَّهُ خَلَقَ كُلَّ دَابَّةٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ} [النور: 45]

{And God created every living creature from water} [An-Nur: 45].

Some scientists said

Cell science has proven that water is the important component in the composition of its matter, and it is the building block in the composition of the living organism, whether it is a plant or an animal. Biochemistry has also proven that water is necessary for all reactions and transformations that take place inside the bodies of living things. It - water - is either a medium, a co-factor, or an intermediary in the reaction, or a product of it.

Scientifically

Water represents from 50% to 95% of the weight of the living organism; that is, water represents - at least - half the weight of the living organism, and water is 65% of the weight of a human being.

Second: The Hadiths

First Hadith

On the authority of Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-Aas, may Allah be pleased with them: “The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, passed by Saad while he was performing ablution and said: What is this extravagance, Saad? He said: Is there extravagance in ablution? He said: Yes, even if you are at a flowing river.”

The comment

We reduce our carbon footprint, which scientists only recently discovered after life on the planet was destroyed, the climate changed, and global warming increased.

Hadith 2

The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “Muslims are partners in three things: water, pasture, and fire.”

Pasture: grass - straw

The comment

1 - It is forbidden to try to seize public water, or a well, then prevent people from benefiting from it. As for a well owned on owned land, there is nothing wrong with it

2 - It is forbidden to seize pasture, which is the grass that livestock and cattle eat

3 - It is forbidden to seize fire or firewood

Hadith 3

On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, who said: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: “There are three to whom Allah will not speak, nor look at, nor purify, and for them is a painful punishment: A man who has excess water on a road and prevents the wayfarer from using it; a man who sells to another man only for the sake of this world, and if he gives him what he wants, he will fulfill his promise to him, otherwise he will not fulfill his promise to him; and a man who bargains with another man for a commodity after the afternoon prayer, and he swears an oath.” By Allah, he gave such and such for it, so he took it.”

In another narration by Al-Bukhari

“Then Allah will say on the Day of Resurrection: Today I will withhold from you My bounty, just as you withheld the bounty of what your hands did not work.”

Al-Manawi said

The meaning of “with excess water” is: he has water in excess of what is sufficient for him, so he withholds it from the traveler who is in need of water for himself or for an animal with him.

Third: What is the carbon footprint?

The carbon footprint of each person, company or activity is an account of the human impact on climate change, air and water pollution and pollution of natural resources.

The witness from all of the above

Your daily consumption in developed countries calculates every consumption from the piece of meat they eat to the use of electricity - water - energy ... etc. - We are not here to talk about this, but all we want to say is: Your extravagance in water and there are people on the same planet who do not able to drink clean water, and cannot access it, and the Messenger - may God bless him and grant him peace - his words are clear and do not carry two meanings in the hadith of Saad - may God be pleased with him - (the extravagance even on a flowing river is forbidden) because perhaps your brother in another country on the same river needs water and cannot access it due to political agreements or otherwise, or perhaps due to climate change, the share of each person from water has decreased in certain places without others in the same country where the weak are deprived at the expense for the rich, so you do not have the right to be extravagant in water just because you want to take revenge on unjust political agreements, you are not responsible for them, but you are responsible for your action in your extravagance in water and tomorrow The account is individual, not group.
