المشروع الأول
1- يُقسم الحرم إلي 3 أو 4 (حارات) أنواع من الطواف (طواف النساء من الداخل - طواف الأسر - طواف الرجال في الأطراف) بألوان كما هو موضح في الصورة أعلي، وممكن إضافة طواف الوفود.
2 - تتواجد أسماء علي البوابات الداخلة للحرم مثل بوابة المللك بن عبد العزيز (بوابة النساء) - بوابة المللك فيصل (بوابة الأسر ) وهكذا
3 - الحارات ليست مجرد ألوان علي الأرض بل بدلاً من ذلك ارتفاع ألواح زجاجية مقواة مثل التي توجد في المصاعد الإلكترونية بين كل حارة وأخري تصل لمنتصف الرجل المتوسط الطول
4 - وسع كل حارة يقسمها مهندس مساحة بطريقة دقيقة فهي لابد أن تكون أقل تقدير 5 كم عرض والطول دائري مع الحرم إلي بداية بوابتها .
5 - تخفيض الضوضاء البصرية (الإضاءة الإصطناعية) ليكون أقل أذي من الناحية الصحية، وترشيد للكهرباء "يمكننا الإستفادة من التخفيض في إطعام فقراء زوار الحرم" وبدلاً منها اضاءة صديقة للبيئة مخفضة من أجل زيادة الخشوع.
6- لابد من تواجد ممرات كل 5 متر من أجل سلامة أي أحد يتعرض لتعب مفاجيء ، أو استخدام طائرات هليكوبتر بدون طيار لرفع أحد المرضي أو المصابين لا قدر الله.
7 - مع العلم أنه لا داعي للشارات التعريفية لكل وفد علي حدي ، فالأسر يرتدون شارات خضراء، والرجال المعتمرين وحدهم يرتدون الشارة الزرقاء، أما النساء فيرتدون الوردي .
8 - غير مسموح بأسواق تجارية حول الكعبة مطلقاً إلا لفئتين فقط (مجوهرات + عطور)
9 - كان لي الشرف في الصلاة حول الكعبة عدة مرات، وحزنت أن لا داعي /داعية بعدة لغات يذكرنا بالله عزوجل في موعظة لا تتعدي 7 دقائق حتي لا نمل ، وأيضاً لم أجد داعي/داعية يتهجد بسور قصيرة ونحن وراءه هناك ...هل لهذا سبب؟
المشروع الثاني
(مدينة كاملة تحت مكة المكرمة)
علي غرار المدينة المبنية تحت هلنسكي عاصمة فنلندا
فنلندا بنت مدينة كاملة تحت عاصمتها خوفاً من نشوب الحرب مع روسيا، حتي إذا قامت حرب علي فنلندا، عاش الناس بسلام تحت الأرض فبها ملاعب تنس وحمامات سباحة ومولات تجارية ... الخ ... دعنا نبدأ بالتفاصيل
أ- ما تحت الكعبة وما حولها
نقوم بعمل كعبة بالهالوجرام مع شرح مبسط لتاريخ الكعبة والغزوات التي حدثت حول الكعبة وما حدث لرسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم في الكعبة كاستهزاء المشركين وايذائهم له صلي الله عليه وسلم في مشاهد تمثيلية لا يُعرض بها رسول الله إلا كهالة نور ويعرض المشركين في سياق درامي انيمشن بــ 5 لغات كبري مثل الإنجليزية - سواحلية - آسيوية - تركية ، لوحة الكترونية عظيمة بالقرب من الكعبة يُتحكم بها من المسؤولين حول الكعبة ، وأخري يستطيع الزوار التقليب بين صفحاتها وعرض ما يحلو لهم، كيف هذا؟ ممكن في اوقات عرض حرة وأوقات عرض أخري مب
ب- سوق تجاري متكامل
أ - مُقسم إلي فئات (طيور - لحوم ) في أماكن مخصصة - مراعاة النظافة العامة التامة التامة التامة - وضع معايير مثل الأيزو ومعاقبة الفاسدين -
ب - بقالة في قسم وحدها، فواكه وخضار في قسم وحدها - مع مراعاة النظافة العامة التامة التامة التامة - وضع معايير مثل الأيزو ومعاقبة الفاسدين -
ج- حي فقراء مكة وزوارها
مقسم إلي 5 أجزاء علي الأقل
الجزء الأول
مكان دعوي لفتوي (الفدية - الغرامات - الكفارات)

مطبخ هائل لطبخ هذه الأضحيات

شحن وتوزيع اللحوم المتبقية من الفدية والكفارات مباشرة عبر دول العالم
الجزء الخامس
مطعم كبير جداً به مقاعد ومناضد كبيرة معروضة مُسبقاً علي غرار موائد الرحمن في رمضان، يعرض بها الطعام 3 وجبات أساسية ، وبينهما سناكس مثل قطعتين فاكهة أو ما شابه
يقوم علي هذه شبه المدينة المتكاملة عدد هائل من فقراء المسلمين من أنحاء العالم ويأخذوا من الصدقات علي غرار (والعاملين عليها) وهذا يوفر عمالة وقلة بطالة شبه ستكون موسوعية عالمياً ، مع ملاحظة: عدم وجود أي من هذه الأشياء في دور الكعبة الأساس مطلقا مطلقا مطلقا.
د- مشروع قطط الشوارع
4 - لم قطط مكة المكرمة كلها ووضعها في Shelters في ليست بناية بل مكان مفتوح في آخر هذه المدينة المتكاملة ، يوضع لها ماء - بواقي طعام المسلمين وتنظيف مستمر ، يسمح للزوار بالتصور معها والجلوس معها لمحبي القطط ، نستفيد من ذلك: لم قطط الشوارع في مكان واحد، مكةة أفضل من تركيا لعمل ذلك ومشاهدة العالم كله كيف تتعامل مع مشكلة مجتمعية كهذه.
هـ - مشروع لم القمامة العملاق
عمل غطاء أرضي مثل غطاء الأبيار أو يرفع وتوضع به القمامة تحت الأرض ، ثم تسير في مواسير عملاقة تحت الأرض حتي تصل إلي البحر ثم إلي البر الثاني من البحر فتؤخذ تفصل القمامة ثم تعصر في مكبات نفيات عملاقة ثم تنشر في الشمس الحارقة حتي تجف تماما - ثم تحويلها إلي غاز الميثان واستخدامه في اغراض الكهرباء المختلفة (مشروع تركي في الأساس)
المشروع الثالث (السطح)
أ - زمزم unite + منضدة عليها سناكس متبرع بها مثل التمر - الشيبس ... الخ علي منضدة كل 5 متر
ب - كعبة أخري في الوسط بالهولوجرام ولكن هذه المرة عليها صورة الحجاج والمعتمرين الموجودين أسفل، حتي لا يخرج الطائفين أعلي عما يفعله الحجاج عند الكعبة الأصلية وفقد روح الروحانية
ج - إن لم نرد وضع كعبة أخري بالهولوجرام لأي أسباب معتبرة، نجعل الأسوار التي تطل علي الكعبة كلها صور الحجاج والمعتمرين أسفل مع الصوت الحقيقي لهم في التلبية، فهذا يزيد من الحماس للطواف أعلي، فإن الحماس يُفتر مع طول وعرض هذه المسافة أعلي وقلة الحماس
المشروع الرابع (السعي بين الصفا والمروة)
1- عند جبل الصفا، تظهر صورة في الهواء بالهولوجرام: بدأ سعيك أيها الحاج/المعتمر ثم بصوت رخيم الدعاء المأثور بدلاً من نسيانه أو تحول بعض الوفود علي جانب لقوله ، أو الإجتهاد من الموبايل وما شابه.
2 - عند المسافة بين العلمين الأخضرين ، تظهر صورة في الهواء لرجل يهرول (ما بين المشي والجري) ويكتب للرجال فقط (الرمل)
3- عمل حارة يمني ويسري لا يدخل فيها المعتمرين نهائياً هي لذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة بالعربات التي بها عجل حتي لا يؤخرهم الذاهب والقادم من هنا وهناك من المعتمرين.

Project One
1- The Haram (Grand Mosque) divided into 3 or 4 lanes (or sections) for different types of circumambulations (women's circumambulation from the inside, families' circumambulation, and men's circumambulation on the outskirts), each marked with a color as shown in the image above. A separate section for delegations may also be added.
2- Names are displayed on the entrances to the Haram, such as the King Abdulaziz Gate (women's gate), the King Faisal Gate (families' gate), and so on.
3- The lanes are not simply colored on the ground, but rather reinforced glass panels, similar to those found in elevators, separating each lane and reaching the waist of an average-height man.
4- Each lane is precisely divided by a surveyor and must be at least 5 km wide, with a circular length extending from the Haram to the beginning of its entrance.
5- Reducing visual noise (artificial lighting) to be less harmful to health and to conserve electricity (we can use the savings to feed the poor visitors to the Holy Mosque), and replacing it with environmentally friendly, low-wattage lighting to enhance focus and devotion.

6- There must be corridors every 5 meters for the safety of anyone who experiences sudden fatigue, or the use of drone helicopters to lift a sick or injured person, God forbid.
7 - It should be noted that there is no need for identification badges for each delegation separately. Families wear green badges, men performing Umrah alone wear blue badges, and women wear pink.
8 - The commercial markets are not allowed around the Kaaba at all except for two categories only (jewelry + perfumes).
9 - I had the honor of praying around the Kaaba several times, and I was saddened that there was no preacher in several languages to remind us of God Almighty in a sermon that did not exceed 7 minutes so that we would not get bored. Also, I did not find a preacher who would recite short surahs while we were behind him in prayer, there... Does there a reason for that?
The second project
(An entire city beneath Mecca)
Similar to the city built beneath Helsinki, the capital of Finland. Finland built an entire city beneath its capital for fear of war with Rusha, so that if war broke out in Finland, people could live peacefully underground. It includes tennis courts, swimming pools, shopping malls, etc. Let's get into the details.
A- What is under and around the Kaaba
We create a hologram Kaaba with a simplified explanation of the history of the Kaaba, the battles that took place around the Kaaba, and what happened to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, in the Kaaba, such as the mockery and harm inflicted upon him by the polytheists, in dramatic scenes in which the Messenger of God is only shown as a halo of light, and the polytheists are shown in a dramatic animation context in 5 major languages such as English, Swahili, Asian, Turkish, a great electronic screen near the Kaaba controlled by the officials around the Kaaba, and another that visitors can turn between its pages and view what they like. How is this? Possible open hours and other designated hours.
B- A comprehensive commercial market
A- Divided into categories (poultry - meat) in designated areas - strict adherence to general hygiene standards - implementation of standards such as ISO and penalties for those who violate them
B- Grocery in one section, fruits and vegetables in another - strict adherence to general hygiene standards - implementation of standards such as ISO and penalties for those who violate them
C. The Neighborhood for the Poor of Mecca and its Visitors
Divided into at least 5 sections
Section 1
A place for issuing religious rulings (fatwas) regarding expiation, fines, and atonements.
Section 2
On-the-spot, halal slaughter.
Section 3
A huge kitchen for cooking these sacrifices.
Section 4
Shipment and distribution of leftover meat from expiations and atonements directly to countries around the world.
Section 5
A very large restaurant with large tables and chairs, similar to the Ramadan charity tables, offering three main meals with snacks such as two pieces of fruit or similar items.
This semi-integrated city is staffed by a huge number of poor Muslims from around the world who receive charity, similar to the verse regarding those employed to collect it. This provides employment and reduces unemployment to a level that will be globally recognized. It should be noted that none of these features exist within the main Kaaba complex.
D- The Street Cats Project
4- All of Mecca's stray cats were gathered and placed in shelters—not in a building, but in an open area at the far end of this integrated city. They were provided with water, leftover food from Muslims, and continuous cleaning. Visitors were allowed to take pictures with them and sit with them, especially cat lovers. The benefit of this is that all stray cats were gathered in one place. Mecca is better than Turkey for implementing this, and the whole world could see how it deals with such a social problem.
E- The Giant Garbage Collection Project
A ground cover, similar to a well cover, was constructed or raised, and the garbage was placed underground. It then traveled through giant underground pipes until it reached the sea, then to the other side of the sea. The garbage was collected, separated, and then compressed in giant waste dumps. Finally, it was spread out in the scorching sun until it was completely dry. Finally, it was converted into methane gas, which was used for various electrical purposes (originally a Turkish project).
The third project (The roof)
A - Zamzam water unit + a table with donated snacks such as dates, chips, etc., placed every 5 meters
B - Another Kaaba in the center, created with a hologram, but this time displaying images of the pilgrims below, so that those circumambulating above don't lose sight of what the pilgrims are doing at the original Kaaba and the spiritual atmosphere is maintained.
C - If we don't want to place another Kaaba with a hologram for any valid reason, we should make all the walls overlooking the Kaaba display images of the pilgrims below, along with their actual voices reciting the Talbiyah. This will increase the enthusiasm for circumambulating above, as enthusiasm tends to wane with the distance and intensity of the journey.
Project Four (The Sa'i Between Safa and Marwa)
1- At Mount Safa, a hologram will appear in the air, announcing the beginning of the Sa'i for pilgrims, followed by a melodious recitation of the prescribed supplications. This is to prevent forgetting the supplications, or some pilgrims moving aside to recite them, or using mobile phones or similar devices.
2- Between the two green markers, a hologram will appear showing a man jogging (between walking and running), with the text "For Men Only (Raml)" displayed.
3- A separate right and left lane will be designated for people with disabilities using wheelchairs, ensuring they are not delayed by other pilgrims.
